She's a very nice boat.
BELLE MEADE would be an ideal boat for fishing tours or just as a swimming vacation home for a single person or a couple in my opinion.
For me personally she's a bit too small since I have a family of six. Otherwise I would seriously consider her.
But this may actually be a really nice boat for my Dad.

This is a very nice yacht.
Whoever designed her did a great job.
There are so many way bigger yachts that feel cramped and..... for the lack of a better word "hectic", because they are basically designed to be miniaturized cruise ships that simply overwork your senses.
But something like this really allows her owner to just enjoy the feel of going to sea, possibly catching some fish (That could just be me of course. Heheh.), and just having a nice time aboard.

A very fine looking yacht. Some suggestions: an inexpensive gimbal for your camera will make a big improvement in your videos, I would recommend you put contact information and perhaps a link to further details in your description. Battery operated LED light panels are cheap and can really add to your videos by improving the lighting in the interior shots. You are very soft spoken and might benefit from a remote microphone if you're not already using one. A good editor can adjust your audio during post production to enhance your narration. Drones are nice, but you can probably hire a photographer to do a brief aerial fly-by of listings when the properties warrant such an investment rather than having your photographer invest both the time and money in learning how to operate them. I've watched a few of your videos and am certain they are a good tool for you, keep at it and I wish you good fortune.

Nice Boat. I bought a 2007 Nordik 32 in 2001. Very similar it was $170,000.00, I have solar and no genset. I absolutely love the boat.

Nice bathroom for a tug, usually all you get is toilet.

You forgot the most important part of your pitch, the price and asking for the sale. Tell us what the damn price is, I understand it’s sold now and his videos from a year ago but dude if you want the business tell us the price, I got a shit ton of money burning a hole in my pocket

Comparison is the thief of joy.
I would really prefer to see the boat instead of the narrator. In almost every shot he tells us about the boat, but the camera is looking at him instead of what he is telling us about. For example, he tells us the bed is a little bigger than double, but we never get to see it in its entirety. We only see a small corner of the bed and all of the narrator.
So its not just me ~)
Pretty overpriced and I hate watching someone enter the boat with his shoes. It's an absolute no go. Especially wearing them in the shower and on the "bedroom" carpet. Poor behavior...

Your too late. This vessel is sold and was one of the most popular vessels I've listed for sale. Not sure what you didn't like about it, but you're definitely in the minority on this one.
Nice boat but trying to justify over a quarter million bucks for a short boat doesn't work in my mind. I can build a 1800 square foot home on pontoons for that kind of money.
These boats do come at a premium cost. They are among the finest quality yachts on the market. The new ones are twice that price and there's a 3-4 year wait for them, so people that want one of these in pristine condition are happy to pay that price. There are older trawlers available on the market that are very nice for a lot less, and still much more seaworthy than a house on pontoons.
