I love the focus on practicality and thoughtful touches in this video. Mostly, these yacht videos are like "salon! Toys! Look a the shapes the pretty!" Love hearing about the nitty gritty of how the rails are oval for better grip, the "visual communication", the way you can replace the furniture, the heated floors, the full-pull drawers, the way the stools lock in, you can replace the washer dryer easily etc etc...
The washer dryer implementation is so great. So many boat tour vide I see I say to myself what happens if it breaks or you want to replace it. In some of those situations it almost looks more complicated than replacing engines.
I like the woodwork. It doesn't look like an Ikea showroom. I would add a blackout curtain between the pilot house and kitchen (and red lights). It's hard to keep your night vision when someone has all the lights on behind you.
@@rebelliousraven I like your idea of the curtain, we didn’t have too much issue with night vision running the boat 24/7 (I usually do night watch being the youngest) but we also didnt use the galley too much after dark. All the screens were very dimmable and we used a towel over one light that was a bit bright on the dash - no big deal
Thank you for showing us this very beautiful boat. The woodwork in it is top quality by true woodworking craftsman and that is easy to see because they have alot of pride in their work. That wood, I don't know if there is a better or nicer word I can say, other than saying its truly beautiful. I can see why the owner bought it. If I could afford it, this boat or one just like it would be called home for me. I absolutely feel in love with all that wood work and even the areas under the floors I mean they didn't m8ss anything when they were building this boat. Alot of Pride in their work everywhere we look. Thank you for sharing this amazing yacht with us.
@@terrydouglas2777 thanks for your comment Terry! I agree, when even the bilges look perfect with no wipe down thats a true testament to their build quality and design.
My God. I just watched a tour of a 60ft. Grand Banks minutes ago. Then watch this video of the 65ft. Five feet and the room on this endurance. Absolutely no comparison. a Rolex watch with a Casio from Walmart. Not to mention a real frig. None of these slide out refrigerators, What a boat. Don’t take my word for it. Watch the boat test on the sixty ft. Grand Banks. Then watch the endurance. If you don’t have the money, find it. Don’t go cheap.
@@thomasbassett5028 I have worked up a list of requested stats from the last few videos feed back and will try to start the video with some key stats at the start in the future. Thanks for your feedback and comment!
What an amazingly well designed and thought out yacht. It has everything, and then some, that I would consider essential. Did I miss the part about fuel capacity and range?
What is the fuel capacity? I would have liked the elimination of the side decks to have widened the main salon and a trash compactor. Otherwise, a lot of yacht ⛴️ in 65 feet.
There is a trash compactor in the galley, its blended in with the wood work, sorry we missed it, asymmetrical can be nice, but having both side decks really makes running the boat enjoyable, I never once felt the salon was small.
Thank you for your comment! Working on a whole list/format of stats for future videos based off the comments 😁 The listing has more information in there for you as well.
It's very nice but I don't understand why they would build a yacht like this with such limited range. You can't even do Hawaii with a 1300 mile range. No big water crossings here.
An experienced cruising couple would be able to handle this boat under most conditions, 3 people makes it quite easy. Space for 2 crew if you'd like though.
Hate to be the one to tell you, but that was dangerously close to being a pro video tour. Some might even accuse you of being informative and entertaining. Pointing out useful practical features like the big sink & walk space around the RIB totally gave away that you actually know something about real life on a boat when you could have been rambling about orcas and living the dream. Not that you wouldn't be living the dream on that well-designed vessel; you could keep a watertight door between you & your teenager & make it look like their idea ?!

Why on Earth don't you use Metric like everyone else? At the very least put the metric figures in brackets or something when you give British Imperial measurements...

Small enough for a couple to run it...large enough to be a live aboard.Plenty of storage/ closet space. Beautiful design.

Beautiful yacht, obviously meticulously maintained. You might have mentioned the specifics on the CAT engines, fuel and range info.

Asymetrical layouts make the boat ugly, im not a fan of it. And if you were to delete both side decks, its a pain to dock and still ugly.
