    Perfect length! I’m pressed for time now in the mornings… the shorter workouts/bounces are super helpful! Hooray for being outside 🎉 Thanks, MIchelle & the Restored to the Driveway Crew 😊

    Love doing rebounder workouts so much easier on the joints and I would love longer cardio workouts on the trampoline

      @@MichelleBriehler I have been doing rebounding since 2019 but only started with you about a year ago and I think I am a member just over 6 months. I am officially only using ONE 5mg blood pressure tablet daily instead of twice a day. My doctor is very impressed and all THANKS to God and you Michelle. God bless you and your business 🙏🏽❤️

    Hi Michelle, I have just subscribed to your fantastic channel, I am from Australia and am 68 years old and I have recently survived my second time around with cancer. I have been doing your wonderful rebounding workouts now for around 8 months, I also do weight training and spin cycling 5 days a week. I wanted to tell you that your rebounding programs have got me very fit! I have lost around 14 kilos and thanks to you, I am in amazing shape for my age.     Wasn’t feeling a workout this morning (menopause is a great energy/motivation stealer!😢) but did an upper body strength 20 min workout followed by this. Now I’m definitely hyped & ready for whatever the day has for me. Thanks Michelle (for keeping me energised & a smile on my face 😊). Have a great weekend.
