Great review! All of the important details with none of the fluff some reviewers add in to pad the runtime. Looks like a solid unit for a good price if someone has the space for a dedicated seal row bench.
I know this won't replicate it, but an open bar trap bar with an inclined bench is how I do my chest supported rows - if you're short on space or on a budget.
game changer. I use heavy kettlebells. great for rear delts. great for saving the lower back. great for a big stretch at the bottom. great rage of motion. very hard to go all the way down and all the way up once weight gets heavier.
Happen to know any company that makes a mini hip abductor/adductor? Also, a leg curb machine that doesn't have the "no resistance" at the beginning issue?
Yeah, I liked and subscribed as soon as you cut to the chase and gave the answer away without wasting my time until the end.......and then I watched the whole video anyway 🤣
What if you manufactured a way to place a bench pad over the safeties of a power rack? It is adjustable in height and you'd only need a small storage space for it. I see you have safety straps rather than bars which could be problematic but if you had steel safeties I think it would be doable. Maybe I shouldn't tell you this and keep it to myself even though I have no means of production at the moment🤔
Dont have the angles 90 or a cambered bar, but that angles 90 row hack is hugeee! So obvious I'm actually so excited to try it Anyone have a hack for replicating a cambered bar deeper range of motion on bench? The main issue is space for another bar/maneuvering it in and out of the rack is a ton of setup/work in my space so if theres a quick hack there id love to hear it
The inclusion of the the grips answered my one gripe I had about the RoM. Guess I just have to finish videos before passing judgement. Nicely done!
Thanks! Adding the grips makes it so much better
Seems like they could very easily do a wall-mounted fold up version of this that would solve the space issue for a lot of people
That’s a great idea!

Thanks! I agree 100%. I love having it around

Heck yeah, that’s awesome
Such an awesome channel Kyle. I just love your content. I also love that you are you mate. Namaste from England brother. x
Great review, you nailed every point!
Thank you so much!
Quick and to the point
Thanks! I like to be concise!
Great review, Kyle! I've always wanted a dedicated seal row bench for my gym but I just dont have the space for a dedicated unit like this one.
I really love being able to hop on and bang out a bunch of seal rows with minimal set up, but the space is tough to justify

Awesome, thanks for the sub!
need a hack for neutral grip smith machine
Is there anyway you know of to use a reverse hyper machine for seal rows? These are both so niche but so useful and I don’t have the space for both
I haven’t seen it but that would be an amazing hack

Hack? Just buy a cambered bar.
Looks like it needs to be taller. Also looks like it needs a cut out for your face to rest on.
I’m happy with the height. The face hole isn’t a bad idea though.
