Before all this Covid stuff started I exchanged emails with Pete about Golf Mates Travel, at least I presume it's this Peter Finch and not the other one. Great to put a face to the name. No doubt will arrange something in better times. Love the videos with Pete, he is so knowledgable, matter of fact without being smug as some are.

Nice shot with the two iron! Threaded it through as promised. I like listening to Pete talk about the game and the clubs. Glad I watched this episode: this year I bought a certified used Taylormade M4 that is standard at 10.5. I like the driver but I tend to get a great amount of loft. In listening to Pete I remembered that mine is adjustable LOL 🤪. Yet another great vid.

I have a 2 iron I almost never use. Was thinking of taking out of the bag until I saw this. Going to have to take it to the range and dial it in I think.

Spot on with the length of arms and club fitting. I am 6’6” but have fairly short legs and long arms and my irons are fitted to 2 degrees flat just like Peter’s love your videos Liam

3 year old that M1 mate 2017. Lie angle also depends on delivery on the club face which Pete didn't mention. If you look at a video and your hands are higher at impact than at address its called high handle and can cause things like slices.

Being a wee man myself I’d be interested to know how Pete conceptualises the swing and where his distance comes from despite being ickle.
I would assume it comes from both using the ground to increase club head speed and timing of his swing. One of my best pals is only short and hits it miles aswell
I've got the same m1 driver there about 4 years old.
Also got the p790 2 iron. 4-pw in my irons a 3 wood and 50° 54° 58° . Basically the same set up as Peter.
I've been caught out with a dead Bushnell battery too many times! I've had mine for about 8 years and to play when it's dead is barbaric! LOL FYI, the Bushnell save 3-4 strokes a round for me because I shoot bunkers and hazards to avoid. Thanks to Pete for being on the channel! Love his game. Cheers!

Watching the vid, I had to laugh at myself for buying a pack of two CR2 batteries for my Bushnell, and putting the "extra" in my desk drawer, instead of just keeping it in the bag! 😂

That taylormade M1 is from 2017 and grip pressure is preference, there's no right or wrong.
