The guests popping in and out are an added bonus to the outstanding cooking from Jack and B. It's great to see the working man getting a taste of the goodness of Jack's kitchen. Bring more workers in for the tastings!
This guy is just doing what he loves and he’s created his own world in that restaurant. He has good company, good food and a great heart and I wish him all the best.
Totally different from which we are bombarded with Cookery programs on TV , all with the same sterile format , This Guy is the real deal , his life story and pearls of wisdom are so fascinating to hear. God Bless him .
footage of the pots and pans on stove with burger frying is very dynamic with flames rolling up the sides of pots and pans, the steam and juices rising out of burger in frying pan. Then the oven to finish. Wow, wow, wow!!!!
I honestly think Daddy Jack and Bea could put to shame any of those Food Network or Cooking Channel chefs .To me his easy going style and recipes that a home cook could make would make him a instant star should he get a network program.Im a Connecticut guy born and raised.I look forward to heading back home and going there to eat his and Bea's wonderful food.
Hey Daddy Jack, I wonder if you could ever do a Cornish pasty. I grew up in the U.P. of Michigan where we had a lot of English/Finnish immigrants similar to New England. The pasty remains a famous local dish. Thanks
Jack---you never cease to amaze me my brother....been with you for quite a while.....absolute love and admiration from a PA guitar maker who also loves to cook!!!!!!!!! inspirational as always and cant wait to visit
@Cobb Knobbler Good stuff. But I've never understood the letting it rest so the juices can redistribute thing. Because the steak is no longer hot when you eat it. Also, aren't you going to have juices either way? At Ruth's Chris, they bring the steak out hot as hell on a plate hot as hell. That's how I like a steak.
Daddy Jack is no joke making me leave crap fast food and inspiring me to cook delicious, fresh meals. Thanks Daddy Jack!

I try to watch a Daddy Jack video every couple of days, 'cause I love the way and what he cooks, and to honor his memory.

He was a national treasure who is sorely missed. R.I.P Daddy Jack.
