    I did this workout after having bronchitis. This felt amazing!!! And also, I think we can all agree that Pam looks elegant doing all the workouts... not just the "elegant" ones!!! ❤️❤️❤️

    I love the new moves a lot, especially the Candle. I really appreciate it when you think of new moves like this or with a pillow or a book, it makes exercise so much entertaining! 💜💜

    I don't know how but this is the only ab workout you really need. I used to do this for most part of 2023 bc i didnt have enough time to do a whole session (due to my job) and my abs looked more than defined. So if you're busy but still try to squeeze a workout in yoir schedule, go with this one

    after the pillow abs video, I was prepared for a hard routine because ya know just in case, got fooled once before... but this was so relaxing and just slow and calm, I loved it so much!! I'm so happy you brought back the candle exercises from the 12min slow abs video from last year!! I'm going to love coming back to this!💚

    Me at cobra: You have got to be kidding me! Another exercise???
    I always finish a workout with plank, the last three exercises killed me!

    Wow it's amazing the feeling after doing this! I can feel my abs burning but i'm not sweating like hell (aka as a usual Pam's workout 🤣) and i feel very pretty now! Thank you for these feelings pam! ❤

    "non-sweaty" i sweat so much my arms were slipping during the planks
    "elegant" i normally love ab workouts cuz they're easy but this had me shaking uncontrollably def not elegant

    It's my first Pamla Reif abs workout and I must say it's damn good ! but I don't agree with the not-sweaty haha i was shaking and i wonder how Pamela manage to stay still and remainso calm even though she is pro but wow I'm impressed by her elegance.I'm not sure is there will be results with this workout but I love pilates so I will keep doing this and see ^^

    Just did this after another pilates workout and my arms were shaking uncontrollably hahaha, it was super hard, especially the side planking. But I want to keep doing this until it is not hard anymore!
