      I’ll do that for you! Are you tracking your food intake right now in any way? And also, are you following a strength training program? What are you doing in the gym? Or if you’re not in the gym, what are you doing for your workouts?

      @@Royyamada i don’t go to the gym but i have weights at home so i usually js use those for workouts i don’t really keep track of what i eat but i know i eat around 2k cals a day

    I find that when I give in to sweets in with one serving that I crave more and give in more 😢

      Try handling it this was and see if it works for you.
      Make sure to pair your craving item WITH your actual meals. And make sure to not having them when you’re hungry or when you haven’t eaten your whole meals yet. This will help you control your portions better while still allowing you to work on building a healthy relationship with food.
      It’s like a relationship with a person, you can’t work on developing a good relationship without working on it slowly and over time.
      What do you think about this? Is that realistic for you to try?

      @@Royyamada it sounds like something good to try and I will def try with the meal. I’m willing to try anything Lol cuz the struggle is real!
