Kevin's mouth always looks like it's slightly out of sync with the audio. Like his lines were re-recorded and dubbed in post. This is consistent over years and years of videos. I've never been totally sure if the lines _were_ re-recorded or if it's just an illusion from the way he moves his mouth. Given the consistency of the phenomenon, I suspect the latter. But knowing this channel, I wouldn't be surprised if this whole time a completely different person has been voicing Kevin and we've never even heard his real voice.
In videos like this, a fair bit of it probably is dubbing done after the fact (I think that's a common thing in filmmaking) but I'm pretty sure it is Kevin's actual voice given that he's been in podcasts and also done editing livestreams where there would be no way to dub him over sskdkdjdkr

(And I think you are correct; I think this is a common practice in filmmaking and not just Neil's shorts.)
I love the fact that they go in the elevator, and yet, they teleport into the room, instead of arriving in the elevator. 😂😂😂 Awesome. I wonder how many people actually noticed that. So many people over look things like that in movies and TV. wouldn't surprise me if 50% of viewers, if not more, missed that particular thing. Haha.
