    It's important to remember that most the strength in the pull movement comes the torque generated from dropping your body weight and turning at the core. This allows you to keep your structure solid and adds power as your whole body weight is behind it, not just your arms. As one side pulls back, that generates force on the other side pushing forward. It's centrifugal force basically. Of course you need to add the fa ging so it's an explosive, sudden movement that disrupts the opponents balance. So much to remember.

    Legitimate. Largely wing chun technique. Moving 45 off centre line. Pak, lap, fak sau, explosi palm straight through.
