Hi there! I’m new to the space of making smoothies. I’ve been using 2 handfuls of either kale or spinach, 1 banana, water, chia seeds and ice. Is this considered anti-inflammatory? I’m searching around…sounds like I need to add the turmeric for the anti-inflammatory value? Thanks!!
Hi Sherry, that's fantastic! I have several videos on anti-inflammatory nutrition and smoothies specifically. Just search my channel for 'smoothie' or anti-inflammation and you'll find many :)
Always great to read comments. As with everything do your research on everything b4 you put in your body... including this recipe which looks very healthy. Please do research on what gelatin is and how its made. You'll be shocked 🤨
I just started drinking Naked Green Machine smoothies & eating apples & avocados as often as possible, but I definitely want to make this smoothie when I can!
Naked juices are no good. It’s loses all the healing enzymes which makes the juice pretty much dead. And it’s tons of sugar. Making your own juice is so much better.
Great green smoothie! I love doing flax in my smoothies too, great cancer fighting properties .I appreciate all the Health info, I do that on my Chanel as well. you obviously got a ton of views which is great, but why the heck aren't more people commenting on this, it's superb!
Hi, very nice video. I will try this smoothie. I have been having joint pain, on and off, in my Index finger for several months now, and it gets very painful sometimes. I do not like taking drugs, so looking for natural cures for my joint pain. I eat too much junk food, so that might be making my pain worse.
Yes, junk food is highly inflammatory. If you can't cut it all together, just reduce the quantity and frequency and focus on adding in more healthy foods. When you change your mindful from deprivation to actually adding in more foods you'll feel more satisfied. When you crave junk food try to find an alternative for them. I often make pizza from scratch using low carb flours (almond, flax ground, coconut flour, or even cauliflower), burgers, fries, etc but I substitute the ingredients. I also go with sweet potato oven fries and I switch burger bun with just lettuce wrap! I never miss any "junk foods". I just substitute the ingredients!
Not on here. I used to buy this turmeric mix that had black pepper in it. When I use turmeric roots I try not to forget that :) Still better than no turmeric.

I'd substitute the banana with berries (to reduce the sugar which is bad for inflammation), add in either ginger or turmeric or spirulina, maybe also collagen protein...Instead of banana, try an orange...it has vitamin C which helps with absorption and less sugar. I shared some recent anti-inflammatory smoothies on my channel. Make sure to check them out!
Is there a way I can email you about smoothie recipes. Been out on a strict diet by my doctor due to constant pain due to medical conditions. Fruit and veggie combined in smoothies. I really need help!!
The only concern I have is some of greens has so much iron and is good to check with your doctor how much you should drink of those greens because to much iron isn't good just don't use to much of it you can add cucumber green apples
I'm sure it's fine. Most people actually lack nutrients and iron and it's not like we're drinking huge quantities of green smoothies everyday. A handful of spinach once in a while isn't going to affect you negatively. You can definitely swap ingredients if you'd like!
Great Video clip! Apologies for butting in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you thought about - Weniley Muffin Maticulous (should be on google have a look)? It is a great one off guide for melting your muffin top fast without the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my old buddy Taylor after many years got excellent success with it.
Yes, ginger is also great and has anti-inflammatory properties. Please check if ginger is okay to use before using it of course! Hopefully it's okay for you.
I wanted to know if Coach Sofia or someone who understands please answer me. I have psoriasis and osteoarthritis and I think I have psoriasis osteoarthritis. I think these smoothies could help me, but I would not know how much I would have to drink daily and what other food I would have to eat during the day. It would be good to eat some fish for the protein and no meat ... I don't know. If I can't find kale, you can add spinach, although I don't know if it would be counterproductive because I think taking a lot of it would not be very good because they have purines and I think that too much is not good for the joints. I appreciate any answer or advice, many to all and take care of you
Healthy fats are good for you. As long as you're reducing sugars and carbs. The keto diet for example is high in healthy fats and is great for losing a lot of fat.

Tumeric is the best for inflamitory conditions like arthritis

Short and sweet
I’ve been doing green smoothies using beet greens from my garden. I’ve read they are even healthier than kale. Thanks for a great video!
Ooh that sounds delicious!
Do u use the actual beet or the top leafy part of the beet?
@@tanishafrye4721 I leave the root and take leaves so it can keep growing! So nutritious and mild flavor too.
Thank you very much for sharing. I suffer from arthritis I will definitely try it. God bless you 🙏
You're welcome :)
We used to drink this during our breaks at Thernos.
You should add some ground pepper it contains piperine which helps your body absorb the curcumin in the turmeric better.

Great Video
I'm going to try this!
Do wash you spinach before trying! 😊
Love This. Thank You!❤️
Kale, banana, frozen sour sop, sprinkle of lime juice, and water, best if the banana is ripe, everyday.
Tip. If you wilt the spinach you can add way more to your smoothie plus its more nutritious when cooked over raw.
Yes, thanks for the tip. I'm aware of it just like to add it fresh. But this works too!
Great video thank you :)
Thank you
Good idea to rinse everything well before consuming; even though it's says pre-washed.

White and red meat is bad. You need to do a good diet to heal for inflamation. Is good to drink green juice but u need a diet, do detox then fast
Should you boil the spinach before adding? Or simple washing will do? Thanks

any smoothee to repair or remove uric Acid?
You need black pepper with the turmeric so that the body absorbs it.
You need to add Black Pepper with turmeric to get the full benefits.

Black pepper in a smoothie? Is it good

We don't get raspberries in indian
