Director Shin Wooseok deserves more credit. He's responsible for some of NewJeans most iconic MVs.
With heavenly visual & personality, Newjeans is the perfect idol of the era.
I saw someone say here on a RUclips comment that she's not Cupid, she's Cupid and Psyche's daughter Voluptas, goddess of lust. That's why the relationships that she puts together don't last, cause it's not love, it's just sexual desire. Tony at the end is the real Cupid, he comes and makes the guy fall in real love, to show her that what she can provide is not "the real deal" just a fleeting emotion/sensation. And newjeans are the Graces that follow Voluptas around.

Hoyeon is such an incredible actress. The way she portrayed the emotions Cupid was feeling felt so real, I believed everything because I could see pain on her face, inside her eyes… this is amazing
Another detail that I’ve noticed and really liked, it’s the fact that when Hoyeon is still a god we can’t see her legs due to her long bottoms. After she becomes a human we get shots that focus only on her shoes to prove to us again that she’s now human.
the thing that i love the most is that the message is done in such a discreet way, with just the eyes, simple looks, little change in expressions.... is so smooth!
At this point, Newjeans is a genre of their own. Newjeans is another level ❤❤❤

This is THE analyse I wanted from reviewers. All the connotations and metaphors .... These are the thing that you can expect only from creators!! I'd love to make Korean subtitles so that Korean fans can appreciate Jordan's contents

I'm hopeful with the ending because Hoyeon looks defience to me and turn to walk back from where she came from like she won't give up on Psyche and return to him or she won't return to being deity and continue to search for new love as human.
