If you want to throw another one in, the Raceways (Luigi, Mario, Royal, Stadium) from 64 sound close to the last bit which is arguably the exact same as Toad circuit. But that in turn got it from 64. This one is syncopated though. Hadn't noticed the double dash rainbow road refernece though!! nice one
