As an aside, you comments on cooking temps are awesome! I am always concerned (maybe over concerned) about making sure meat is cooked correctly and it ends up over cooked. I looked it up and you nailed it, I will cook them to around 145 and let them sit to heat a little more.
AB I cooked the pork chops using this recipe in the air fryer. They were super delicious!!! They turned out pretty, flavorful, tender (used a butter knife to cut them)😂 and juicy! Unlimited appreciation AB!

Now I only get them to 145 and they are so much more delicious! Cooking some pork ribs in the air fryer tonight, using your video as a guide, although I may reduce the time a little to adjust for different thickness. I just bought the same oven.
We have what appears to be the same Breville toaster oven that is about 2 years old. While the Breville is great, I don't think the air fryer feature cooks the same as our Instant brand air fryer. I think dedicated air fryers move the air at higher speeds producing different cooking results.
My personal favorite pork chop is deep fried. Being in Southwest Louisiana, just about every Monday I’m lined up at the Rouses hot line deli. They’ve got some of the best fried chops out there.

In my opinion and experience...an air fryer IS NOT an air fryer. I bought one of those cheap round air fyers with the slide in basket tray and quickly noticed that it does not have the same power/technology as a Ninja 6-in-1 or the fryer that AB is using in this video. Those pork chops look hella good!!! Gonna give this recipe a try. Keep em coming AB!!
