- ***I forgot to mention to use your hand mixer to mix the cake for 2-3 minutes, until there are no lumps!
This was a very simple and delicious dessert, perfect for the holidays! Let me know if you try it and how it turned out!

Upside Down “Butter Pecan” Bundt Cake

For Pecan Topping:
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
¼ cup light corn syrup
½ cup melted butter (1 stick)
For Boxed Cake Mix:
***You can prepare the cake mix as the box directs, but I like to prepare it with the following ingredients to make it taste better
1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake (Can also use Vanilla)
2 Sticks of Butter (melted)
4 Eggs
1 cup of Milk
Splash of Vanilla Extract
