Yes this is me! I am working a overnight job and work my real estate business a few hours during the day Part time. My goal is to be a full time agent very soon!
I'm just starting midnight shift. What hours works for you ?
@johnnycalderon9951 I work 12 midnight to 8 am for my day job and I do my real estate business from 1000 to 1200 and on my off days Friday and Saturday I work Friday 9 to 5pm or later and open houses Saturday from 10 to 2pm or 11 to 1pm then go back to work that night. It's a lot but it works for now. I am super exhausted 😩 though lol
@cryswashington I bet I just started 1030pm to 8am monday to Friday. Weekends off. I was thinking going home sleep gym then doing real estate for at least 3 4 hours. Definitely open houses on the weekends. What state you doing it in?
@johnnycalderon9951 oh okay. Seems like you got a good schedule then. I am in California. How about yourself?
Jersey and it's ok still need my sleep lol and black out curtains
Great video. I just passed the exam, and am trying to figure it all out.
Loved this video! I’m a full time litigation paralegal Monday-Friday. After buying my house as a single mom not knowing ANYTHING about where to start or even anything about credit as a first generation American, I had this thought grow over the years about helping others buy their first home. ❤
How long have you been a paralegal? Is there work as a new paralegal?
Needed this. I’m a truck driver looking for a career change (I do have customer service and sales experience) but I definitely don’t have tens of thousands of dollars as a nest egg to jump to full time yet. I’m thinking I can possibly join a brokerage part time and offer my film making expertise as well.
I think it depends the person's knowledge and experience, I'm "new" to real estate sales and I still feel like I could be a listing agent pretty well. I love advertising and negotiating either side, listing or buying.
I think this video was great. I appreciate the tips for us part time real estate agents.
Great, I’m glad to hear!🙌💕
Omg I needed this. I’m currently studying for the California Exam
I'm a part time realtor that has to keep a job to pay the bills. I want to go full time. Currently I'm stuck at a sales counter where it's impossible to meet many people. What job can I transition to temporary to build up to a point that I can go full time in real estate?
Great insights! As a part-time real estate agent, I found the tips on scheduling and tools especially helpful. Thanks for sharing!
Awesome! Glad to hear that!🙌
DId you find this video helpful? What do you want us to cover on the next livestream?
How to create great offers
Thanks for the suggestion!
How to sound less "salesy" and have better tonality-
All a real estate agent knows about taxes, write offs or how to not give all our money away to uncle Sam
Been in car sales since 2011. Truly considering starting part time in real estate
Where you from?
Have you got a Schedule Template for starting off as a part-time real estate agent working a 9.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday. Thanks Dan
This was so helpful i will be taking my exam on may 31 cant wait to implement this when i start in real estate
Awesome! Glad you found it helpful!✨
I'm in Houston and I'm a newbie
Very helpful video! I love how you cover a little bit of everything. Thank you so much!!
Great content! I work full time and I do find it beneficial to be part of a team but as he said the goal is to go independent and full time real estate this year I want to go after listings for sure!!
I'm in Arizona, and am lookin to getting licensed to be a Real Estate Agent here in Az. and am doing some research about the market here.
This is great! I am a part time agent and lead generation is my downfall. I will keep at it.
Great motivation
Excellent information
Amazing! Thank you so much!
You're very welcome! I'm glad you found it helpful!
What do you think about Buffini Coaching?
I don’t know anything about it
Where are some good spots to find numbers to call ?
There's a lot of different services that you can subscribe to that can give you phone numbers. That'll be the most efficient thing depending on your budget. I recommend Vulcan7!
Very helpful Video!
Would you recommend a brand new agent to start with “Real” real estate company?
Real is a great company and we have a lot of resources. There's always a lot of trainings going on as well. Robert and I are partnering up to also help agents that join us at Real. If you want more info on that, you can go here: forms.gle/m8Mdv7HiGRmaHfAo6!
Are there any “Real” brokerages in the central Florida area?

I'm a CDL class A delivery driver in Phoenix. I make good money but i would love to be a part time real estate agent and keep my job. Maybe even my income can supplement my real estate buisness? Is this possible?
I am a new agent and signed with Real…however I messed up and my sponsor is in another state and I don’t have much help. When I ask a question to my state broker I usually don’t get a direct response. I have two listings and I have been working on it for a week straight and still have no idea where to start. Should I change brokers to local? Upset and confused. However I will be great a getting listings. Just have no guidance at all.
Sorry to hear that’s happening. What state are you in?
When you pick a brokerage do you need to pay rent for an office? Like how barbers pay rent for their station.
Great question! Some brokerages do have what they call a “desk fee” that they charge agents monthly. Others don’t have that but they have a split with the agent where they take more from your commission when you do a deal, or have a high transaction fee to make up for it. Some don’t charge anything, so it all depends on the company and the structure they have.
Thank you for replying. You have been very helpful!
Good conversation
I just hire people to make calls and it works great much better than do it by own.
Two part time jobs lol, Real estate is more full time though, whenever I'm available which is most of the week
Georgia that’s me boy is it hard being a part time real estate agent 😭🤦🏾♀️🙏🏾
Being a listing agent takes more skill. Being a buyers agent is more time consuming.
Hello! What to do if my broker put my Listing under his name and does not put my information
Hmmm you need to ask them why they did that. I know some brokers do that but put the other agent as co-listing agent.
Omg this is me
You left eXp for real?
Yea over 2 years ago…it’s been a while lol

It's cutthroat business. Mentors take cut, brokrage charge big fees. I worked 1st year for local Windermere in SW Washington. You learn on your own and CRM are joke.
Is over 60 too old to start? 😬
Absolutely not! lol I’ve had agents participate in my new agent bootcamps that were 65+ and they’re doing great and successful !
Answer is don’t become a single mom
Jealousy is an ugly trait.
