Good afternoon folks, and thank you so much for taking time on your busy day to come. join us on the virtual tour of 1425 Ritter Road, Lot 15, in sunny, beautiful Lakeland, Florida. We find ourselves in a brand-new park we have never been in this park, folks, so we're excited to bring it to you. It's going to be South Wind Mobile Home Park, now, shopping and dining within Southwind is going to be right outside of the community.
Lakeland, if you're not familiar with it, it will be an I-4 straight shot to Orlando, which is very affordable housing out here. We talk about the number section towards the end of the video, but I'm going to give you a preview here. Very low lot rent at lot 15 with a very motivated seller. Now, this home is unique, folks and the reason is that it's a two-bedroom, two-bath single-wide, but it's a split floor plan. We get requests for this type of floor plan all the time. That's where you have a bed and bath on one side and a bed and bath on the opposite side, so fantastic for roommates or in-laws, you know, however you want to have it set up.

One of the biggest scams of all time. You own a 1970s trailer with very little value and the lot rent can be raised at any time. Repairs on you. You don't own anything it's basically a rental with no landlord to do repairs. Great for the land owner bad for you.

500$ lot rent ? No ! that is horrible ! There is no law that they cant up lot rent daily or monthly or however they want....do they mow lawns for you? pay utilities, cable net? 45,000 is where it ought to be for new models......non of them are life time keepers, no mobile home is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's actually high. Lot rent, you come to Zephyrhills. The one I sold to come to the 1.I'm at now called water edge and they're not rent. $520 And they're beautiful homes a pool. Clubhouse.

According to Zillow the trailer is a 1990, the house is no longer for sale.

@ron, You cant for an older mobile home
Lot rent on mobile homes here in Michigan run 600 plus . Nicer parks 700 plus . Sad thing is i dont think you actually ever own the land your basically renting it . Ive heard people say they can raise the lot rent whenever . To be honest id rather own a small house and pay more . At least you have a chance of making money .

@sty, Many lot rents are at least $1000 a month now, that what I pay, been here going on 23 years and started at $400 a month, Im in PALM BEACH COUNTY
I pay 947 and new residents pay 1300! Bear Creek in Ormond FL.

Because its a one bed one bath park model trailer period
Anything more than that is a Florida room or a family room or a shed
It is not a remodel nor an update and it is very old
