Good afternoon, folks and thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to come. Join us in the virtual tour of Lot 2 here in Happy Haven Mobile Home Park. Where we find ourselves today is in sunny, beautiful Osprey, Florida. Now, for folks who are not familiar with where Osprey is, it's going to be a very small town just south of Sarasota and just North of Venice, so if you're a beach lover, want all of the amenities that Venice and Sarasota have to offer but still, want more of a small-town field, check this out.
At Happy Haven Mobile Home Park, we have a very unique home on our hands. It's a one-bedroom, one-bath, single-wide mobile home on a quiet side street here in Happy Haven. This home has a couple of unique features. One, it has indoor laundry. Okay, this is the only home that we've ever seen that has indoor laundry, so that's a big selling point. It also has a dishwasher, so fully updated plumbing, and a new central AC unit.

600 a month for lot rent. I'm paying 600 a month for a whole entire house in South Carolina. That's 3 bedroom with parking at big backyard and paying $600 a month. In a house.
Not a trailer, a house and that's what I'm renting the house.
That's what happens when you buy AI was in a mobile home one time. And every year they only give you a 1 year lease every year, your lot rent goes up 15 to 20%. Figure it out, so if you're there 5 years. Mobile homes do not appreciate in value.They depreciate so if you're paying $34900. For that mobile home in 5 years it's gonna be it's going to be at Leach $,10000 less or even more than thand you're going to be spending more and lot rent. It's not worth it.
