Mobile homes on rented lots is a big no no. They can raise the rent as much as they like, you don't pay you can loose the home . guess how much to move a Mobile home? Some parks lot rents are more than $1100 per month. The home is worth about 25-30 thousand maximum.

It needs some minor adjustments. #1. The Kitchen is too small. It needs to be 15' x15' square with a wall between the kitchen and Living room also needs to be 15'x15' Square as well, with a centered 6 ft doorway with additional wall n base cabinets. Most all Mobile Homes and Site Built the kitchens are way too small. #2. The hall bathroom needs to be 4ft deeper with the shower/tub moved across from the toilet and sink with a window on the end for emergency exit. ( My home has this design it's a Nobility Homes Vacation Cottage 1 bed 1 bath, I love this bathroom design!) With a Stackable Washer/Dryer#3. I hate side closets in the Master bedroom. It also needs to be 15'x15' square and a window on 3 sides . #4 The Master Bath needs rearranging. The toilet beside a single sink with a window above the Toilet and turn the bathroom around so the shower is on the interior wall. Put the closet between the hall and Bathroom. #5. I don't know about this make but in most Mobile Homes and RVs my #2 pet peives is The self contained outlets and switches clipped to the wallboard! Those are fire hazards and needs real outlets and switches in a box that is secured to a wall stud, for safety, durability, and ease if need replacement. My last pet peive is the water heater in the closet! They belong in a utility room or outside in a proper enclosure outside. But other than that it looks great! Over all layout is good, and make those adjustments and it will be perfect!

Interior with furniture included is very dated 1970's. Needs updating.

They would need to knock five thousand off the price because the appliances are very old and need updated. I'm not sure when them Gold/yellow color appliances were made my guess would be the 1970s/80s.

Lot 240 looks like a fixer upper but you give it a little T.L.C and a few more bucks will fix it up the way you want it but for the price it is what it is good job on the video 👍

You need to know lot cost. Most mobile homeowner are paying very higt price for the lot. Just as bad as paying a HOA.

We used to own a unit there, It is a great park, minus the train that runs behind there at 3am every night. We did like the park, a lot of activities, very clean and well run

My parents retired in a modular home in a community golf course park. The revenue from the golf course paid for everything regarding to maintenance and road repairs, snow plowing,etc. The lot rent was $200 @ month initially, within 15 years the park was sold, and the monthly rent rose to $1,000 @ month? Making the $90- 120K homes unsellable! What was an average home worth 100K was selling for $15- 20K?

I can't imagine living in a mobile in Florida, can you even get flood or storm insurance?

Great home, love the colors and obvious quality. Way too narrow at 14 wide, would be really nice in a 16 or 18 wide. Living room is rather small and the refrigerator feels like it's in the living room, some separation is needed, kitchen near the back appears to be narrow as well. All in all though, very nice. Thanks for the tour!

I would want kitchen changed a bit but like it alot was wondering if it included delivery and set up does that include code tie down for florida etc. If I put it on a rented land lease let do they put in the concrete, or does the manfacturer or do i have to etc. Also how much does it cost for a patio drive way cover Trying to figure these things out thank you
