Lot rent to high for most seniors on a fixed income!!!

After the storm , the home is probably underwater. Cause that's definitely a flood zone.

Some Mobile owners on Anna Marie Island who suffered the storm surge have said they are giving up and just going to have the homes removed and do something else for their winters. Hopefully not too many.

Do they make new homes in those old sizes? They're going to have to replace a few.

For $1000 a month, there are no pretty palm trees in that area/court. Is there even a little park. Amenities please?

K....er uhm...I need a home, divorcing, 74, my only family is 4 tiny recue Chihuahuas. I love them. i sleep with them. They dont go out in the yard barking. They are paper trained. If i walk them, its one at a time..thats my workout too. I always bring doggie bags. These dogs are cleaner, quieter, better well mannered than some rude redneck children ive seen screaming and yelling in neighborhood, stealing potted plants, scraching up peoples cars.. Can i have that many babies here?

What you're doing is renting it for $1200 hundred a month because you don't own the land and they also can raise your rent every year and you can't do anything about it! Good luck And do you have to pay Property Taxes? It is very high in Fla. That could add thousands more in money a year.
