Do have another question. What connection besides the road named san miquel does bay ranch have with westgate mobile home park which is an all-ages park. We want a 55+ for all that entails.

never buy into one of these places, they get sold all the time and you lose everything, they raise the lot rent at their whim, never buy , only buy a private lot.

There is enough room in the carport to enlarge the shed too. Very nice place, cool layout, good price and lot rent reasonable. Really enjoy your style on these videos. One aspect that would be good is if you showed the clubhouse and pools of the parks. Wife and I are looking to get to the general area of Florida you cover, and this one is a possibility for us. She really likes the counter space in the kitchen. Does the park allow at least installing some type of covering, like lattice panels, on the outside "wall" of the carport?

Don't buy any mobile home built before the 1990s, the difference in construction and quality is huge.

this is a 1979 home , very nice for sure , my question is how would you get insurance on this home with homeowners insurance the way it is here in Florida . i have friends here with much newer mobile homes and they are having a heck of a time with insurance. i am sure someone will snap this home up.

why dont you so called sales professionals actually tell how much everything costs.It would be helpfull for someone that lives ,I dont know 1500 miles away,what do you think? How the hell are we gonna travel down to this place not knowing any pertinant information. Why would anyone want to live there, way to expensivelot fees.You people are making a fortune from elderly,and thats why there moving out. GOOD LUCK SELLING!!!!!!

I will never buy a Clayton mobile home .

Men must design these mobile homes because there are never enough drawers in the kitchen nor in the bathrooms. Every kitchen should have at least 6 to 8 drawers and each bathroom should have at least 2 drawers. I don't like the wall separating the kitchen from the dining room. This trailer is nice but it's not a complete open concept. The house I grew up in was built in 1956 and it was more open concept than this MH is. Women, especially wives and mothers should design these homes. The companies should at least take a poll of women asking their preferences to what these places should have in them.
