Can’t believe someone would pay 25K for that and $750 rent on top. That’s not a good deal. Ridiculous

Mobile homes depreciate fast and the lot rent increases every other year if management feels like it.

The lot rent is just ridiculous for that area you know that.and the central ac come on now how much are you really gonna use it in that area 😂 and the furniture is about a century old and that inside needs a serious remodel and of course it’s fantastic for you cause it’s less money. You have to pay to make it look nicer than your expectations. I haven’t seen paneling since 1980.

This park just survived Milton back in October. I know someone living in the park. They had no issues. The real problem is the age and inability to get homeowners insurance. I have a block home about 40 minutes from there, and I can t get insurance cause it was built in 71

all parks go up yearly but so does your property taxes if you own a lot, try putting the amenities a park offers and its totally reasonable.

Thanks for the comment, but, do you really own a single family home if you have to pay a mortgage and property taxes?

@@themobilehomedealer I have never had a mortgage.i have managed to buy 2 houses with cash.the first one was nothing more then shelter.the 2nd has all the bells a whistles but quite frankly I save my money then go buy.i fell the same way when i buy car i save an buy what i can afford.the property taxes I pay a year are $1200.so that $100 a month in to savings account which I get interest from.i try to balance my bills and stay on budget as much as possible.sometimes this comes up but I live well below my means.i sorry but having to lot rent isn’t the same as a mortgage or property taxes.just so we r on the as page u still have to pay property taxes on the trailers in a park.im not the only one who feels this way y do u think so many people have started to live off grid.building something from nothing staying.most save the money needed then stay on a budget.i personally think trailer parks take advantage of people.u tell me how many trailer r r that park at 750 a lot. Exactly how much of that is used to maintain the park and how much of that is for profit I’m not saying that you can’t make profit but taking advantage of people so that you can have more doesn’t make it right plus once you own a trailer in a trailer park there’s nothing you can do with it. You have to find somebody to sell it to or you’ve gotta walk away and eventually the park takes it and sells it to somebody else I personally feel the trailer parks are a waste of money if you buy a trailer on a piece of land then you own it if you buy a trailer in a park I’m very sorry, but you’re never gonna own it

$750 vs $1200, that's a major difference in lot rent. Which one is correct?
