Wow great price for a fixer upper with that view and good price I wish I could get it I'd have fun just fixing it up love that view somebody is going to be a lucky person to live there for that price the lot rent sucks but the place is nice 👍🙂

@@themobilehomedealerexcept you can't really enjoy getting into the water since the water is full of that flash bacteria as with all the water on the Gulf Coast!!! now if it's on the Atlantic. Ocean The ocean is a little cleaner

Thanks for commenting, welcome to the community. Mobiles in parks on leased land really are the last beacon of affordable housing in the US when you look at it from a pure dollar to value sense. Why do you feel it is a bad idea?
I survived ok in my 3rd park in 40 years 55+ parks . All last parks I was in continuing to be full . Last park most units replaced by newer by tenants getting good prices for older units .
Not a good idea with insurance rates soaring even inland
