Yes. I'm sick of this acronym "people of colour". Frankly it disgusts me. I'm much more interested in people of character, and I've no real interest in what colour their skin happens to be.
The corporate world rams DIE down your throat. It has changed the meaning of these three words to point of one large healthcare organization allowed one of their VPs to work out his pscho-emotional pathology for 2 years in front of bi-annual manager meetings. Anyone who spoke out was silenced. Finally the outing came with the announcement that he didn't want to be a male anymore. While the "woke" managers applauded his spouse and adult children in audience did not applaud or look pleased.

@@bludeuce3855 I stand corrected. I guess I always remember the image that shows the crowds gathered around the reflecting pool with the Washington Monument in the background, but yes, you are absolutely correct that Martin Luther King Jr. did indeed deliver the speech at the Lincoln memorial.

The RUclips algorithms and Marxist censors must be working hard to hide this vid. Very high quality-thank you! I was searching for how the term "inclusion" is suddenly stamped on my kids-favorite playground-as if local playgrounds were somehow bigoted-before. I'm sure it will make sense during phase 56 of the American Marxism Movment, or AM2 as I like to think of it.
We should do one on what critical theory "isn't"? It isn't even "a theory", since theories generally yield testable hypotheses that actually offer factual statistical evidence to verify theoretical claims. A majority of the "studies" based on critical theory are qualitative, small sample face-to-face interviews based out of the notion of intersectionality (e.g., minority, female, misgendered all intersect resulting in marginalization of a person) where "oppressed" people are asked about their "lived experiences" (i.e., their feelings) about being oppressed. Pseudoscience in its most elegant manifestation. Total hogwash!
Gives a whole new meaning to Bidens quote: “if you don’t vote for me, then you ain’t black”. Doesn’t that mean that identifying with the oppressed in 2021 makes one black no matter the color of their skin?
I just discovered and trying to understand the minutiae and poop of Critical theory. I thought I was going crazy being forced fed DIE at the expense of my own values, morals and ethics. Then when I voiced my disagreement being told I was not being inclusive. Well, actually they were not inclusive of my difference of opinion or beliefs. Behavior and character are the indicators of what's in a person's heart. Until the human heart changes we'll attempt to coerce and legislate certain beliefs.
"First we change the language" said Vladimir Lenin. I live in one of the most conservative, republican districts in America. There is only one school district and they would never be allowed to impose "CRT" in the classroom. So instead the Marxist elements got an "Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Equity" added to the already bloated bureaucracy. Parents spoke out at the PTA meeting but they were ignored. Now there is a bureaucrat whose full time job is pretty much whatever he wants to do...which is to inject his Marxist ideas into the school district.
With this year’s local elections, I scoured each candidate’s voter guide statement and website looking for these buzzwords, and in the majority of cases where I found them, I vehemently voted for their opponent.
KSA or DIE. If you’re a government worker or a veteran that has applied for a government job your qualifications are based upon KSA = Knowledge, Skills, Ability. DIE = Diversity, Inclusion, Equity (Equity is not the same as Equality) does nothing to prove an individual’s Knowledge, Skills and Ability to do the job. If a company feels compelled to add a DIE hiring manager or change their company logo to rainbow colors to pander to the LGBTQ group or DIE group, it’s perceived as patronizing and thus that company may have had prior discriminatory hiring practices. Bottom line…any public or private company that discriminates against a person’s race, religion, sexual orientation, political affiliation, economic status, veteran status or disability is in violation of State and Federal employment laws. KSA or DIE. Teach your children well.
Diversity Classical Liberal meaning: Having people with different points of view represented. Critical Theory (Woke) meaning: Having people with different ethnic origins who share the same woke political understanding of power dynamics and social positions. Equity Classical meaning: Equal treatment under the law (often called "equality of opportunity" although I find that to be imprecise; Better formulated as "equal rights.") Woke meaning: Engineering equality of outcome “There is all the difference in the world between treating people equally and attempting to make them equal. While the first is the condition of a free society, the second means as De Tocqueville describes it, a new form of servitude.” ― Friedrich Hayek Inclusion Classical meaning: Welcoming all people and ideas. Woke meaning: Not saying or doing anything that makes the woke feel excluded. Limiting speech and peaceful association to that which agrees with critical theory. (Anti freedom of speech and anti freedom of association.)

Here is a novel idea... let’s judge each person individually by their behavior and character.
how novel, sir!
Well said...Dr. Martin Luther King's very goal!

What? We can't do that! The only way to fix racism is with lots more racism. I mean, it's been working so well right? Right?
@@just_another32 Every single person on the planet is a person of color. Except white people. What does that tell you?
Well said, I'm so glad I've just walked away from the corporate world and the onslaught of wokeness.

I'm glad I'm in my fifties. The future is way, way fucked, at this point.
Excellent video. Excellent RUclips channel. If it weren't for your ad I would never have found it. RUclips has never recommended this channel to me.
This is now happening in the UK too. I wonder how long it will take for people to realise it isn't such a good idea. Ten years maybe?
Many hippies from the late 1960’s evolved to vote for Reagan and Thatcher, so perhaps not forever is the answer to your question.

Those at the top pushing this already know. This is propaganda designed for a deliberate purpose. This is ideological subversion.
