Curiosity from a lawyer has no place in a court of law. Mr. Prior is very unprofessional.
His commentary and testifying himself is out of control. The state doesn't object enough imo
Prior constantly testifies in his questions. Prosecutor doesn’t object enough, Judge doesn’t sustain his testifying enough. Prior is always obnoxious. Tough to listen to him always being SO condescending!

So Brandon pretty much admitted that he never read any of the numerous emails that Charles had sent him, warning him about what was going on. Wasn't until there was an attempt on HIS life, that he decided to go digging "to find out more", and actually went back and read all the emails🙄. A lot of people failed Charles, including Brandon. Charles tried warning that whole entire family and everyone ignored/shunned him. Because of that, 4 people are dead. Even her brother Adam likes to say that he was trying to help Charles, but that was proven to be a lie too. No one helped. No one!
And it's absolutely amazing to me that Melanie P wasn't charged for his attempted murder. He literally said she was the only one who knew his new address, so clearly she gave it to Lori and Alex.
And why is Brandon whispering throughout his whole entire testimony. 😬
You're talking about a traumatized man who had to recall as much as he could......and even the police didn't listen to Charles or take him seriously with these incredible stories involving a religion (cult)......who would believe it? The only thing he could do was have Lori assessed mentally and she fooled the shrinks and was free to carry on destroying her husband and children. And nothing was proved definitively about who shot at Brandon. There were no arrests made, It wouldn't matter if he read the emails 50,000 times, it doesn't mean anyone would believe him. He is as much a victim in this as anybody.
The whispering thing was really weird, I ended up skipping his testimony because it was too annoying!
Such a shame, Lori and Melanie were blessed with great husbands who loved their families and they threw it all away for some sick a- cult.
I thought they traded one culture for another.
So Chad makes no attempt to do CPR. And rather than like normal people who typically go straight into denial that their loved one is dead, Chad says she's clearly dead.
Tammy does mention gun and rifle in the dispatch call as well as paintball gun. It’s telling that Prior stopped the call prior to those statements on the call when he must’ve realized it had been said.
I thought for sure the state was going to point that out on redirect. The fact they didn't was a huge missed opportunity.

Prior keeps mimicking the witnesses
The cops gut feeling told him it might not have been a paint ball gun, and Chad unconcerned behaviour towards his wife who had just been shot at was noted. Cops are trained to trust their gut instinct as well as going by the evidence. And now just 10 days later poor Tammy was dead....I'd be suspicious too. The cop would have been negligent if he had not been.....

Both Melanie’s at a minimum were aiding and abetting and at most conspiring before the fact to commit murder of Charles and Brandon. I think they are both getting tried in Arizona.

I can't believe people go to listen to this Warwick guy speak. He seems confused and unprepared, stumbles over it can't find the words... It's kind of painful listening to him.
I think that's by design!! It's the same with his supposed wife ....the low polite voices as though butter wouldn't melt when the reality is very different ....both of them have distanced themselves completely and now apparently dont believe what they once did .....these people don't stop believing because of a court case that they were complicit in ......I want to know what deal they struck so that they wouldn't be charged!!

What was interesting to me is that he had the Kleenex box available but when he was done with it, he made sure to put it out in front of his laptop, so the whole world could see that he had used Kleenex. That was a tactical move on his part.

Chad absolutely disgusts me. He thought only with his tiny boy part. Ruining many families, hurting his own children and grandchildren plus a hand in killing children n almost others. For sure more would have died if they were not stopped. Why was Melanie B not charged with anything? Why? Who was driving the Jeep? You can’t shoot out a back tire area n drive.

They do plenty of work behind the scenes. Judges have reams of documents to study which they can't do it in court, and the lawyers will have many pages to read and to prepare for court the next day. They stay up all night if needed. They have to prepare they case and often make changes as new info and new witnesses come to light. They have to practice their opening and closing speeches. As we know, teachers work goes on for many hours outside of school.....so does that of lawyers and judges outside of court hours.

Prosecution needs to be objecting more. Prior is completely out of line in his cross.
The gun may have had a silencer on it which Tammy mistook for a paintball gun...in any case, either the gun jammed or something went wrong and the gun did not fire correctly.......or did not fire at all, just the trigger pulled while pointed at Tammy....so there was no sot for the neighbour to hear......and he may be deaf or had protective ear wear on. And CHAD was hardly going to admit it was a REAL gun.......that lawyer ain't too bright.

So they got married on 12th December 2020 ....but he then says they have lived apart for 2 years ......when questioned how long they actually lived together he said 'months' which denotes way less than a year .....we are now in 2024 .....both answers cant be true because the math is not mathing!!

@@AriesRising4444 true. And I think Pryor may be letting the state present the agreed upon facts of the case. I think he should refrain from objecting to things that point the finger at Alex Cox, although this is complicated by the conspiracy charge
