i love it people stop complaining this is so easy and clear to understand and the finished pattern is on the picture of the video come on now . be kind she did a great job.
Very easy for beginners, simple stitches, explained well. I whipped this one up before bed so hubby could wear it to work the next day. ❤️ Thanks your tutorial xo
My boss commissioned a hat from me two days ago. His only request was that it be 'manly'. I'm delighted that I found this before I started the work. I'm sure he will love this design!.
Just finished making this Beanie. It turned out fabulous! Am making for all the boys and men in my family for Christmas.. Thank you for a great tutorial that I could follow without any problem for some at my level (advanced beginner): I am thrilled and will be following you and making lots more of your items!
I just saw your video and i love it and your tutorial can be followed. How about if the size is smaller than the hat on your toturial? Which ppart that i should reduce? On based can i escape row 7? Thank you and sorry for my english is not really good😊
In the U.K. the yarn thickness is defined by the ply meaning how strands in the complete thickness i.e., 2 ply would have 2 strands to its thickness (this would be very fine suitable for a baby shawl etc and 4ply would have 4 strands suitable for most work! beyond that it would Arran yarn, therefore sometimes it's hard to decipher what type of yarn is suggested!!
@@TipTops Thank you 🙏! You live in a fantastic country rich in ancient traditions. These Pyramids are extraordinarily built mathematically and symmetrically!!! they are mind blowing The churches are breathtaking, the mummy museum is amazing and can get a little spooky 👻. Yes I visited Egypt 🇪🇬 20 years ago and I will never forget it. Could not take the camel ride from my fear of heights. I also gave a lot of “bakish” 😁. Thanks for the tip to buy this yarn. I’ll try Amazon.
Help please (newbie) im confused at the end the 14 rows that create the hat are hdc in the 3rd loop then the video says to slip stitch chain 1 to close (16:38) then to hdc 3rd loop in the back again for another round then slip to end is this correct ? I feel like this just going to give you the same row as the previous 14 as its the same stitch ........ is that last round of hdc suppose to go in back loop vs 3rd loop or in the regular crochet V loop? Or is the last row the same pattern with slip stitches to lock it in place ? I ask because the grey finished hats final row looks like a different stitch
The round that has the slip stitch is no different than the previous rounds it is just to make the last round close properly (to lock it in place) It just looks a bit different as the hdc stitch is more visible
So pleased with your pattern. thank you for sharing. It is difficult to find a nice beanie pattern for a man .Regards and Greetings from Moira in Australia.x

It was driving bunkers, since nobody was pointing that out. Thank you!

I would like to see the finished product :(
How many yards of yarn is required and what is the weight of the yarn.
I love it so beautiful
Tnq so much💕 , my hat has come out ok!!!
Slow down your speed it helps
Thank you for beautiful tutorial 👌 lovely beanie 👍🏻👍🏻
Its a bit big. How do you make it smaller?
In U.S. it's a size J hook :) Thanks for the wonderful tutorial :)
Thank u 💕
@@TipTops You're quite welcome! Making this now, I see a lot of them in my future LOL
would this fit a women’s head? or would i have to adjust the rows?
Yes the same size fits for women
Question .... If I used a 3 weight yarn I know I will more then likely have to increase more then you, my question is how would I do that?
The written pattern says ch1&turn ,why are You not doing that ?
That is called the Riptide Hat ;). Love this pattern!
Is it a worsted weight wool?
Nice 👍🏽 pattern. Where do you buy your yarn? It’s a better quality than these acrylic yarns. Thank you 😊
I use alize yarn, it's a Turkish brand
@@TipTops oh yes the Turkish yarn is the best. In which store they are being sold?
Actually I live in Egypt and they are in all yarn stores here, I think you can order them from Amazon

🌻🌼 best of luck 🌷⭐
If you turn the hat inside out its easy to see the 3rd stitch

For beginners you move to fast. It's hard to follow along.

@@mariapappas-rogich6235 Thank you.
Just made one for my son!
where did you find the pattern?
@@tucker1dog1 I just followed the video.
Where does she state the stich count for each row?
I don't think I stated the stitch count on every row maybe just the first couple of rows
Nice.. Thank you
You're welcome 💖🌸
What weight ?
The braids are horizontal not vertical.

Why are you going so fast ifyou are teaching how to make it?..
Do you know where a person could get ... made by me tags?
Rena Armstrong ... Etsy
Could you put the instructions in English?

Hi
Where is the pattern you talked about and where is the 2nd video on how to finish this hat!?
I'm sorry there is no written pattern it's just a video I made out from a picture I saw in a Turkish magazine
When u r done with the right length you just finish off with a slip stitch
TipTops , you did say that you would be writing the steps and the number of stitches at the end of each round in the description box. (8:15 min. Mark)
Any possible way that you can go slower please. You do great explaining, but you go too fast.
You can slow the video down, 3 dots in right top corner of video then select speed. I agree it is much too fast.
