What if I only wear a hearing aid in my LEFT ear? Can I still use Google Assistant or Siri?

Hi Bob, our team confirmed that it depends on the setup of your Phonak Paradise hearing aids. The default setting of tap control is Google Assistant or Siri on the right ear. Please note, one hearing aid is the Bluetooth Master, if two hearing aids were fitted together. The default is the right hearing aid. The side as well as tap control can be adjusted by your hearing care professional. Furthermore, the configuration of tap control is also available in the myPhonak app. You can navigate in the following way: myPhonakapp > Menu > My Hearing Aids > Tap Control.
