I really like the technology of these hearing aids, but is it really necessary to have all of the Bluetooth features? I don't know if I would use half of them.
All in all a good feature but I’m finding that the Siri tap controls are a bit too sensitive and tends to trigger without tapping. I’m on the fence as to whether I’ll keep this feature off or on right now. In a lighter note I’m am having more conversations with it on.
Hi Jack, Our team has advised that with a click on the push button on the hearing aid, you will leave the TV Connector stream. Later on you can toggle through until the sound streamed by the TV Connector is audible again. Pausing, interrupting or being out of the range of the audio signal streamed by the TV Connector will trigger the hearing aids to switch automatically into a non-streaming mode. Hi Christina Maguire! Thank you for your question. Yes, Phonak Paradise connects directly to your Google Pixel 5 so you can stream audio in excellent quality directly to your hearing aids. For more information and details, please visit: www.phonak.com/in/en/about-us/paradise.html Regards, Phonak.
Thanks for your response, I hope to trial one this month.

Hi Bill, thank you for your feedback. At the moment, it is not possible to adjust the sensitivity. However, we are looking into it. Regards, Phonak
I am getting Phonak hearing aid only for one ear, will the tapping work with one hearing aid??
I should be
Yes, it should. You can get the Phonak app for your smartphone that allows you to program the taps individually.
I just need it to mute the TV Connector, but it doesn't seem to want to do that.
Hi Jack, we have sent your query to our internal team and will get back to you as soon as we have an update. Thanks for your patience. Regards, Phonak
