  • Japan can be one of the most simple, slow, and sometimes boring countries you’ve ever been to. At the same time, Japan can be one of the most beautiful, fascinating, and bizarre countries as well. You just gotta know where to look, or like in this video, get lucky. I’m cycling from Gunma to Kyushu in search of the beautiful and bizarre that I know Japan has to offer. And in this video, I found plenty of it…

    Even if those buildings are abandoned, they still maintain their original appearance. Japan is really amazing!

    I've watched all the Korean videos and am watching the Japanese videos. It's a shame that the East Sea is called the Sea of Japan. Because of Japan's distortion of history, not only Nick but many people know it that way. Japan is a beautiful, clean, and attractive country. However, historical distortion is wrong. I hope that correct historical education and correction of historical distortion will spread widely.

    Yup I get a good impression of Japan off the beaten paths. I definitely believe Japan can be spooky at some places. The abandoned building behind the temple and the statue is completely bizarre. I wonder if you would pitch your tent at such a place, I would be afraid of ghosts. I feel the desolation throughout the entire series anyway, I guess people from the villages move to big cities. It’s nice to have some people around you at the overnight stay at the Warm Shower . Good insight of the Japan economy which can explain the abandoned buildings and wasted investments. Thanks for this episode and safe travels.

    Yea back then in bali when i was a kid i accidentally threw a tissue i was holding when i was running around near my hotel room and then an old bule couple screamed and scolded me to search it up lol. They had me rummaging thru the bushes lol. Bro i was scared as hell after that i always try not to litter as much as i could. I guess i could thank them for creating a good habit and keeping the street clean lmao 😅

    • @NickKTravel
      @NickKTravel  Месяц назад

      Haha that’s fine. I don’t the bule should be scolding other kids like that tho, especially when it’s not their country. One time Bobby dropped some trash outside of Ibnu’s house and I just yelled his name and gave him a “wth are you doing” look and he got the idea! He picked it right back up and threw it away

    • @Mateozz19
      @Mateozz19 Месяц назад

      @@NickKTravel Yeah it's similar to my story. I vividly remember they were yelling something like pick that trash up go search for it (something like that cuz i couldn't understand english when i was a kid lol). But i couldn't find the tissue in the end and i just ran off and gave them the MJ shrug and they were mumbling and grumbling 🤣. Bruh imagine being a lil asian kid getting yelled at by a couple of big old fat bules that quadrupled your size. Shit was scary fr 💀

    Hi Nick…yup trash in the 🇵🇭 as well…mind boggling. I grew up in 🇨🇦 and 🇺🇸 and I will never get the mindset of my fellow Pinoys here in the 🇵🇭. I see them throw their trash anywhere after they eat. We just don’t do that in 🇺🇸 and 🇨🇦.
    Investment is always a hard decision to make especially here in the 🇵🇭. I’ll stick to what I have in 🇺🇸. For now it’s nice to live here. $1 is about 58.80 pesos.
    Boring and weird especially that dog resort. It’s open but nobody there. The hotel with the shrine so eerily bizarre. What a fascinating video and that’s a full house 😊 at the end of your bike ride. Take care 🙏
