There are standard section of a business plan that all business plans should have….. !) A business plan is your brand statement and projections. Starting with your executive summary, vision and objective, marketing, operations strategy, financial and implementation. In addition to these general sections of the business plan, the plan should then be tailored to your unique product service, and industry. for fashion specifically I would recommend adding detailed information about target market, brand design and development strategy, staff, location, designer recruitment/collaboration, benchmark and competition data. Fashion is trendy so information regarding market sustainability coupled with historical industry market data could add extra value and confidence for investors.

Thanks so much for putting this out Imran. Very helpful for someone new to the industry. Do you’ve a template or a skeleton of a classic business plan you could share?
Interesting!
Can you like work for a brand and simultaneously launch your brand?
100% yes as long as there’s not non-compete clause in your contract
How do you protect yourself and your business idea?
The hardest thing to build a business is finding a gap in the market, finding a neeed..

Looks like his business plan speech is geared towards clients who have tons of money to start their line. Hiring 1 or 2 staffs or designer???!!! What?!!
Did you last the whole video?
It’s always good to map out your staff needs, even if you can’t afford to hire in the beginning, it’ll help you understand the structure and needs of your business and as you grow you’ll be able to look for the right people to fulfill those needs. If you don’t think of your business being big enough to hire others how can you expect it to grow?
@@aggieblanco I rather focus on short term goals first, once you achieve those goals then you can start looking at the next step and so on. Focusing on stuffs 1-3 years away that "if" you become successful seems like a waste of energy and time.
Business plan tho... not sole proprietorship plan
@@dumpstersauce4514 what are you talking about? A business plan is a business plan regardless of what the tax business structure is.
