Dude had a way of explaining very complex ideas that artists struggle with. Incredible to have the gift of line and craft plus the ability to teach! Wow!!
"No Boundaries in real world, you can catch a check from like 17 creative industries" The most important, inspiring and truthful thing a Creative person has said on the internet. Love it! Great video!
what he said about not being able to focus on one project is so fucking good, I've had this thought before and there's no reason to force your mind into thinking about a single concept everyday
Your music has been a perpetual muse for me. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your extraordinary talent and unwavering dedication to the craft of music.
Wow, so glad RUclips recommended your channel. I've been on a binge! Hearing from these other creators are really helping me organize my thoughts. Thanks for the excellent curation 👌🏾
Yess @dripoyahoe6192. Glad you're finding valuable things in the videos, that's what I set out to do, so means a lot. Thanks for dropping the support. I'll be out here doing this while people are getting stuff from it, so no plans on stopping.
I never did understand the hype behind Virgil. I know he did off-white but extremely simplistic to me. I'm not trying to be a hater so can anyone put me on to some of the great things he's done?
@@jobach It's not just Off White. but OW is part of it. For me he was a skate kid that was into hip hop. He started making tshirts and got into fashion through there. that led to magical relationships with Ye. He was Ye's creative director for 10 years. so His uncredited output was massive. But it was really his philosophical approach to his projects. and just seeing this punk rock hip hop kid rise up to head up the largest fashion house in the world.
Yeah, go check out the video I'll link below. I built my grade by following the tutorial and then adjusting it around some ruclips.net/video/CPu8iVrZTh0/видео.html&ab_channel=TylerWhite
Where did he learn this. I wanna be like him, have the same diffrent complex ideas, think out of the spectrum, and find beauty and complexion in everything
By experience, reading books, and/or having a mentor as far as I know. For me, it doesn't mean if you already finished school you stop studying. You keep learning, educate yourself. The best investment is self investment.
You live: put yourself in a position to be exposed and engaged with different hubs of thought. Allow yourself to /see/. Go look at art, be receptive of typography, train your eye for composition. And most of all: stay curious!
I think that he died before he really created something authentic and different. Everyone builds off of what exists but to create something new .. that’s true art .
you tell he wa sick if you watc closely as he talks about the offwhite shoe withh the lines everywhere he cant quite keep his balance and his throte is is very dry....god Bless his family with everything he created thats crazy all his ideas have ben stolen
Guy's quite relaxed and chill about his points, but his teachings hit for me and it's good to hear someone talk about branding and product from more of an artist side, rather than just pure money extraction.
Thank you! 👑
