Absolutely delicious. I upped the almond flower to 240 gr and butter to 80 gr for crust because my form is 9" with higher edges and I like slightly thicker crust. Then freeze the dough for 15 minutes. Adjust baking time. Perfection.

The only problem I have is that more often than not the filling breaks a little bit once the cake is cooled which doesn’t take off anything to how much good the cake is but it’s not the best from an aesthetic standpoint. Any suggestions on how to avoid that? Thanks!!
It could be due to the oven being too hot or overbaking. You can try removing the tart even when the center feels a little jiggly as it will firm up as it cools. Hope this helps and thanks for your feedback 🙏
I made the pie beautiful‼ however I did put some vanilla in the filling mix and with the base i left in the oven a little longer, I like the bottom to be quite Brown.

Something I noticed while making the crust is that it was too sticky and wet, I followed common sense and added another two tbs of almond flower, one at the time until I got the right consistency. Turned out yummy.. Even my family who are not on keto loved it. Thank you

Yes you will have some extra fillings as it is hard to get the exact amount. But the dough is just right for 8 to 8.5" pan. If you find it too tangy, you can add more sweetener. The sweetness level is quite individual. The 125 g of sweetener is actually mild to moderately sweet so you can adjust accordingly.

So actually made this today right after watching the video. Haha! But for some reason mine cracked in the middle after taking it out the oven to cool, and also some liquid was seeping to the top, not sure why. But after setting its firmed up but the crack remains.
Made that tart this evening down here in Melbourne, my wife loves me even more, twas delicious, many thanks fine work indeed

Actually the filling can fit a 9" pie pan so you may need to only increase the dough a little bit.
