- In this video, detailed information about semicon India Conference has given. what is India Semiconductor Mission and how Semiconductor Industry is growing in India?
The semiconductor industry in India has been steadily growing, driven by various factors and initiatives. The Indian government has launched initiatives like the "Make in India" campaign and the "Electronics Manufacturing Cluster (EMC)" scheme to encourage domestic semiconductor manufacturing. These initiatives provide incentives, subsidies, and a conducive regulatory environment to attract investments in the semiconductor sector. The establishment of semiconductor fabrication (fab) units is crucial for the growth of the semiconductor industry. Several Indian companies, in collaboration with global partners, have shown interest in setting up semiconductor fab units in India. These fabs have the potential to reduce the country's dependence on semiconductor imports. India has a strong base of research and development institutions and universities. These institutions are increasingly focusing on semiconductor research, which is essential for innovation and indigenous technology development in the semiconductor field.
The availability of a skilled workforce is essential for the semiconductor industry. India has a large pool of engineering talent, and specialized training programs and courses have been introduced to develop skills in semiconductor design and manufacturing. Global semiconductor companies have shown interest in investing in India. They see India as a significant market and a potential hub for research and development centers. Investments in design centers and research labs have been increasing. India has seen the emergence of semiconductor startups working on innovative solutions. Indian semiconductor companies have entered into partnerships with global semiconductor giants to leverage their expertise and technology, which accelerates growth and innovation.

There is a huge opportunity in electronic industry for upcoming future .....I am very happy because i choose perfect branch in engineering to grab this huge opportunity .Ma'am can u tell what is the listed collage actually where the semiconductor course are availablewhich is concluded by PM MODI in semicon india program
Thank you so much mam.
I'm ty ENTC engineering student an want to dive in field of vlsi .
Getting inspired by you mam..❤
thank you so much mam.
Nice information
Mam apke vedeo bahot help ho rahi he.
Only your videos gives us confident that we not mistake by taking ENTC . Thanks a lot mam
Tqsm
You are doing a great job 😊
India has many semiconductors "design" engineers, but it has very few semiconductor "process" engineers. They are quite different profession. India should solve lack of trained engineer for foundry.
Mam plz make one video on how to choose one specific section in vlsi and related courses done side by engineering
Could you please tell by when the semiconductor companies will restart hiring. The placements in the colleges are very poor this time.
Mam please make video
About
Company's and there work
Mam please decrease background music sound
Invitation link expired,for joining telegram
How many engineering jobs will be created
Aap kiss field me kaam ...kr rhe ho
I am doing research in VLSI, working on MeitY (Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology) project. For now, my work is more oriented towards Analog Electronics.
@@vlsipoint Okay .. basically I am the first year student persuing B-Tech in VLSI field...I want to know that which language I have to learn at beginning level...like c,c++, python..Coz HDL , VHDL comes in fourth year....which I can learn only when we have knowledge of that type of subjects that's comes in fourth year..
