    周圍好像沒有人不喜歡
    甜甜的 水水的 冰冰的
    但是台灣農業太發達了
    很多水果改良之後都超甜的
    這一點真的要特別注意

      是的沒有,我測試血糖是因為自己有興趣,測出血糖波動之後也可以讓自己趨吉避凶

      @@1203melody 只能當比較,可以測出你對哪一種食物敏感更高,我也是2型的,對白飯很感冒,包子更嚴重。
