Rittenhouse's case should've never made it to court. Binger is LITERALLY a joke! I've never seen a worse prosecutor. He is obviously a pay to play kind of guy. 🤢 I also watched Danielle's trial and imo she's innocent. Her lawyer proved she wasn't on the dating site when the state claimed. The prosecutor on her case was pretty arrogant.

The defense did their job which was to place doubt in the mind of the jury.

Kyle Rittenhouse shouldn’t have been on trial to begin with. Anyone with common sense after watching all the videos and proof knew that. They were trying to railroad him, luckily it didn’t work. But the fact that they tried is despicable.

That's obvious. The atmosphere of the culture, put him in the spotlight. As much as I love to watch these court cases, I think the only way any of these cases could achieve any semblance of justice, is being completely excluded from the public eye. Public opinion DOES reach the jury. I know that for an absolute fact.
Whatever case could have been made against Kyle was ruined by the worst prosecutor ever! Violating the constitution, commenting on post arrest silence, trying to sneak in evidence that was already reviews and denied, POINTING THE GUN AT THE JURY. The prosecutor's own witnesses, like Gaige, destroyed their entire case when the defense team questioned them on the stand. If I was Binger i'd quit on the spot. He went out of his way to ruin himself that's what it feels like.
Even still, the footage does not lie. He only shot when he was being attacked. Gaige was also going for his gun before Kyle did, he had to shoot
Imagine being found not guilty but people ignore it and call you guilty anyway
And protest at your university to have you removed because they claim to feel unsafe
It happens all the time in the reverse too. It's called the court of public opinion, which is very powerful. Some people are declared innocent and the court of public opinion disagrees. Sometimes the public concurs with the outcome and that's always nice.
I believe that you really shouldn't have an opinion until you have watched an entire trial. I thought Rittenhouse was guilty - until I watched the trial. I also thought that Johnny Depp was probably guilty - until I watched the trial. The media really should be sued more for giving false narratives.

Binger was on the news lately still claiming that Rittenhouse was guilty. Fact is a jury found him not guilty of all charges, Binger needs to be sued as his interview wasn't in official capacity.
Binger makes me sick! And when he pointed the AR at the jury for shock value, i was absolutely disgusted with him. I would love if he got sued!

She gives opinions that she really should not. Saying rubbish like Unicep was going to disarm Kyle. Luckily Kyle dealt with him first.
Unicep had a chance to actually make sure Kyle got to the police without the second incident ever happening when he spoke to Kyle and was told by Kyle that he was going to the police. But instead of staying with him Unicep backed off and joined in the mob chasing Kyle.
And everything put to the jury by the defense and 99 percent of stuff from the flufferboy just strengthened Kyles defense.

For all the people who still thinks Kyle got off because of something other than it being self defense needs to rewatch the trial. Rittenhouse was found not guilty of all counts because the guy who he shot and lived admitted on stand that he was going for his gun which proved self defense. That kid was there to help and the people after him didn’t like that. He is the definition of “no good deed goes unpunished”.
They need to actually watch it first before they can rewatch it 😉

if your're talking about the reeves case...the problem is that he wasnt just hit with popcorn, and chad's wife's testimony didnt line up 100% with that the video showed (defense arguement)...reeves also got the benefit of terrible detective work..defensive team had alot of holes to work with
also in the state of florida its a felony to strike an elderly person with anything, and self defense in florida allows the defense if someone is committing a felony against that person
not excusing reeves here, he shouldnt have pulled out the gun...but at the end of the day, it was a combination of advantages for the defense

Kyle drove 25 miles to his Grandparents used car dealership since it was their only source of income and that was the only thing the prosecution could prove. I used to work in Vegas in a store on the strip and the owner had a loaded pump action shotgun under the counter. That guy who was Italian from NYC would’ve done way worse than Kyle if there were rioters attacking his store. Kyle was innocent.

We’ve been told for over 20 years that the only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun. So if Kyle Rittenhouse is running around with an assault rifle, then you are instantly going to look at him as a bad guy with a gun. So people tried to stop that gunman with everything around them. Skateboards rocks, and a pistol. This dude was underage running around with an assault rifle during a protest. Those people thought they were stopping a mass shooter.

I still do not understand why some people think it is illegal to cross state lines with firearms. Likely it is people who have never owned a firearm in their life, and apparently think that if one owns a firearm, one is forever stuck in one state- one can never go on vacation, or visit one’s parents, or move to another state. Kyle tried to retreat as Rosenbaum chased him, but he was cornered by the crowd of rioters. If those rioters weren't in the way, he would've kept running. Keep in mind, Rosenbaum was previously seen with a metal chain, yelling "You better shoot ME, niqqa!" (Implying he'd otherwise kiII them first), and he was also setting fires with flammable substances. Kyle put out a dumpster fire, which infuriated Rosenbaum and it led to the chase. He had every reason to fear for his own life. He was cornered by that madman who then lunged at him & grabbed his rifIe (a few seconds after a random gunshot was fired). Was Kyle supposed to ignore the gunshot, ignore the threat of a deranged man grabbing his rifIe? Should he have let Rosenbaum take the rifIe from him? What do you think would've happened if he had taken that rifIe from Kyle? Think about that.
