I’ll think about it 🤔
Been on their subscription list for a bit now.
It sucks that the best part is missing
Already a subscriber too! For a while now and I like it! As well as some other favorites 😃
I used to sub to them, not really a fan. Very click-baity tactics.
Spoiler alert: in this video, the suspect never says "I'll tell you where I hid the body," and never confesses to murdering his girlfriend.
Thanks you just save me an hour of watching it 😂
There's a much better video about this case and interrogation on the channel JCS Criminal Psychology (although his actual confession isn't recorded so it's not shown on that channel either...his little breakdown after the confession is captured though. It's something.) Amazing channel...good quality, accurate, educational, entertaining, etc.
@@gena4638 And there is another one still that actually has all of the footage that JCS wasn't able to get at the time of their video. I can't remember which channel I saw it on, but he goes into the details that were previously held private by the county.
Anyway, I'm sure you can find it.

You have to gain some trust. If they went in hard and loud, they will shut down and tell them nothing!
And I’ve been in job interviews that have felt like interrogations.
As a psychiatrist we all are trained to pretend we are not
Shocked by anything we hear because if we acted like that most suspects wouldn’t open up to us. We give compliments to the person, like we know had a reason or we know your not a monster.
But honestly after your around people like this so long you kind of do get DeSensitized to it. Don’t get me wrong you still feel bad you still have empathy but after a while but nothing much shocks you.
It just amazes me how many people cannot say a simple sentence, such as; I want an attorney!
That's because people whether innocent or guilty think they can convince seasoned interrogators in their favor.
But should that be the first reaction to a suspect interrogation like this? How the perpetrator should have protected himself? Shouldn't it more be horror at the crime committed and gratitude that the person responsible was discovered?
Exactly what I say lawyer up they aren't your friends!!! Yes glad he's caught but ppl need to learn not to talk.

40 years is not enough.
I was eager to hear his words at first because I thought there was finally footage of him confessing but nope, video cuts right off.
I mean here he would get 16 years and able to be released after 8 if he behaves properly. He seems like the type that will die within the 40 years prison. So he'll die before he comes out anyway, 40 years or 400. Same outcome
@@niklaslund2204 i hope you're right and yeah, I've seen some cases with terrible outcomes involving that 16 years thing. It's pretty weird. Stay safe, sir.
All murderers should get either natural life sentence or the death penalty. And no please deals to murderers except when law enforcement can't find the murdered victim without the murderer.
@@carrieanncancino5118 It's important to give all prisoners the possibility of parole. It's vital to controlling behavior in prison. Even guys like Paul Bernardo will believe they can get parole and apply despite exactly zero chance of ever getting out. It keeps them in line.

I really need to stop watching these.. I’m slowly self inflicting fear of going out, meeting people and dating. These people seem so normal it freaks me out. The worse part is seeing how our justice system fails us terribly. A person capable of murdering someone should never see light of day no excuses or a pedofile either. I’ve seen some case where their background history is soooooo long it’s crazy the system decided to let them lose and of course they commit an even worse crime. Just my thoughts.

One thing that stands out to me watching quite a few of these police interrogations is that the suspects treat it like they are in a psychologists therapy session. Spilling all kinds of details of his petty little situational problem. The police just want to get him admit what happened to savanna it’s not a mental health council sessions
yeah they feel like they have to say something but clever cops can use anything to get a suspect to talk
If he admitted to his therapist this she would be forced to report him either way.
I cant believe how they don't ask for an attorney to be quite honest. It actually does seem like they think they're talking to a therapist
@@wetley09 Not everyone can afford a good attorney. And if you're getting a public defender then you might as well not even have a lawyer.

A horrible excuse for a human ....lock him up & throw away the key on the sicko..!

They do. You just have to see them coming. First clue: bonefish grill. Just consider all of them suspect until they prove you wrong.
They put a warning on cigarette packs, did not stop anyone. People know heroin is a life altering drug that will kill you either very slowly or right away,, it will have you hanging around other scumbags, some of whom are dangerous. But still there are More addicts every day. This guy came with a warning, he was a drug using loser. He had two girlfriends. He lost them both due to drugs, which led to him cheating on the first gal. There were plenty of warning signs. They didn't help at all...

The woman is so emotional here. I don’t think it was professional.
Very cringe
He doesn’t care. He would strangle her as well if he had too.
It was a deliberate use of the "reframing" and "ego-up" technique.
"I know you're not a bad person."
"I'm sure it was just an accident."
"You're not a monster, but what do you think people will say when they find out you didnt help us when you had the chance?"
The whole point is to get the guy to open the door and partially confess to something, and then use that to get the real confession. And the tactic worked because he does confess. You can find the full confession on RUclips.
They were hoping this guy felt guilty for killing Savanah, so they were presenting an "opportunity" for some kind of redemption. In truth, they don't care about him at all, they just want the confession.

These interrogators skills aren't great. They don't know the secret of staying quiet, like a prolonged pregnant pause once he clams up. He needed time to let it sink in that they had evidence.
