Those zinnias are so amazing though! My favorite along with Dahlias. My zucchini won't stop and they're HUGE. I took one and stuffed it. It was the most amazing zucchini boat. After removing the zucchini inards, I mixed the zucchini in a blender with sauteed rosemary, thyme, garlic, and onion flowers. I then added just a little kosher salt before stuffing it all back into the zucchini. I made a vegan nasturtium and chive flower aioli (blended tofu, nasturtiums, lots of chive flowers, avocado oil, and fresh lemon). Bake the zucchini boat and then when done, take a nice large slice of the stuffed zucchini on a plate and drizzle with the aioli. Try it out and I'll try this recipe out too! Thanks for sharing. 🙇🏾

Most people speak english so you can still function until you learn the language Canada: Coasts are great because its still country enough to grow your own crops in clean air Australia (Sydney area): nice area, no snow, really hot summers, but mainly cuz im here lol

I often find that when I barbecue courgettes they end up tasting too smoky, but I slice mine. Maybe leaving them whole is the solution? Smoky on the outside, still courgetty on the inside?

Zucchini also makes an excellent flour if dried and ground. It's a great way to preserve every bit of food from the abundance the garden provides 🥰
