    I don't think I've ever eaten that fish 🤔 there's no excuse for people in the diaspora not to enjoy nsala with all the alternatives mentioned. Thank you the nsala soup is entering my eyes

    The taste of ogiri okpei is unforgettable. Luckily, my Nigerian vendor in St. Louis had some ogiri & I tried recipe with it. Just the taste brought back memories of the soups an Igbo lady neighbor used to bring to our house in Kaduna when I was growing up. So use ogiri okpei for this recipe if you can lay your hands on it. It's essence is unique. Thanks for the recipe🙂

    Chai oo Anuty flo, you see na you explain this thing well. This soup is one of my husband's people's favourites, but am always apprehensive towards it cos no oil but will definitely give it a go, maybe in small amount.
