Thank you all fam! My hand gets better for a bit and then I go against orders and make it worse because you know, it's the hand I use to find money. 😂😂😂 I know I'll be fine one day. 💛💛💛
I know it's not easy being a mom, teacher ,wife, and still works with one hand it's well yes it'll definitely get better just try as much as you can not to stress it.
This Ofe Akwu graduated from Harvard University. This is very detailed and easy to follow and replicate. Thanks you so much Flo for sharing. The Ofe Akwu looks delicious and yummy. Thanks ❤️.
This diaspora style ofe akwu is looking so delicious. We still use the tinned akwu paste here in Naija when we don't have the strength to suola akpuru nkwu 😀
Oh my sis , I just saw your great grandmother's video 10 months ago, she brought tears in myself when did the book of Job 38 by heart and she also blew my heart away when she name all the books in the bible accordingly , I love her
This palmnut concentrate is a game changer. It definitely gives my Igbo soups/recipes a divine taste. I didn’t realize I could use basil leaf for Ofe akwu wow 🤩. I’m sure making mine ASAP 😁. Thank you for sharing. 💖💖
Sister Flo, good to see you, I wish you quick recovery. Ofe Aku with basil leaf is always great . Very delicious with rice, best combo, the stew looks so delicious.
You are so pleasurable to watch. You practically leave one smiling as they watch you. Thank you for your tips you give always. They are so resourceful. God bless!
Aunty Flo, I pray God grants you quick recovery on your hand through christ our Lord. Amen I definitely can't wait to try this. I have ofeonugbu on my menu today if not, I for cancel am cook this one. Thanks for all you do. Can I eat swallow with ofe akpu? Thanks for always❤🥰😍
This is exactly what I always did whenever I m using banga paste I do dissolved my banga paste in a hot water because of the black dirt under. This looks incredibly delicious and mouthwatering. Thanks for uploading ma'am
Another deliciousness from Flo Chinyere's kitchen. Thanks so much for this cos I've not been able to eat this in like a decade or so. I sure will be trying it out
I love the Ghana Fresh brand. It's what I stick to whenever I make Ofe Akwu or banga soup in "The Abroad" 🤣 but I never melted with hot water to remove sediments. That's a good move! I never even thought about it. I just add it to the pot after frying or toasting my locust beans and onions.
You need to win an award for how you name your recipes in order to stand out. It's very eye catching and I love it. I hope you are keeping safe over there with this new round of covik (yeah!) restrictions? Continue to be blessed and feel better.
All your food teaching are superb! I can't thank you enough.... I have really learnt how to cook delicious food from you but na man remain to enjoy am..lol. Thank you !
Hi Flo. I watched your video for the first time & I was impressed. I find you to have a charming report with your viewers, which was enthralling. Your presentation was organised, neat & easy to follow. Your friendliness, comical comments & methodical explanation, makes you a good teacher, in my opinion. I enjoyed your cooking. Good luck in your further videos.
Thank God you are recovering. The palm concentrate makes the process of cooking palm nuts, pounding and processing easy. Whenever I am cooking and add all the ingredients, I will just remember your mannerism, *and click the like bottom*.
Chaaiii, you're welcome back Sister Flo. This Ofeakwu digodi tempting, I also prefer using Basil leaf when Scent leaf isn't available, the flavour is wow! Chaaiii, i feel like digging from the Screen 😋👌. Well done Sis, please get well soon ❤
Wow. I don't use to mix my banga concentrate to remove the sands. I will start doing that. That brand "Ghana Fresh" is the best amongst all other brands that I have tried. You are very correct, basil is the most next to scent leaf in foods like ofe akwu, and pepper soup. The end result is calling my name chai, so inviting and fresh. Quick recovery for your hand Ma💚💚💚
I just love your recipe videos Flo you're amazing. I will try your recipes here in the UK for my hubby who is West African. Please look after that arm. So sorry but get well soon drink plenty of beef bone soup to heal faster.
