Fresh Tomatoes 200g
Tomato paste 2tbsp (40g)
Onions 1 large (120g)
Garlic 2 cloves (10g)
Spices (Cumin 1 tsp, Coriander 1 tsp, Dried Oregano 1 tsp, Paprika 1 tsp, Turmeric ½ tsp, Black Pepper ½ tsp)
vegetable oil ¼ cup (60ml)
vegetable broth or water 2 cups (500ml)
Fresh herbs for garnish (cilantro)
