This was Hands Down the Best Demonstration of Launch Control. I watched a so many other videos that Didn't show exactly what you needed to do Below the Steering Wheel. if it tells you to put it on drive mode, dont you already have the break pressed ? it is just weird that the cluster tells u to quickly press the gas pedal when you already have the break pressed a while back when in it tells u to go in drive mode.
I just got a 2015 challenger rt, and it says the launch control is unavailable. Why? I don't know. It's a used car, but works great. Also the cruise control sensor is not working either if that has anything to do with it.

What sucks about having my new RT is I just moved to a new city and I am unfamiliar where to get away with testing it. I also hear there is a state patrol in the area with a Hellcat.
I have a 2020 dodge GT and my rpm’s on my launch control is 1800 rpm’s to 2300 rpm’s all the launch control videos I looked at on the GT eveyboby else had 1500 rpm’s to 2500 so can somebody explain this to me thanks

I tried doing a launch at 170but nothings working it’s like I’m doing burnouts. I tried pressing lightly on gas but it didn’t lock

Research the tazer, line lock was not standard to 19 iirc but it can be added.

You have to put 500mi on it before you can access the feature.
When u step on the throttle does the car hold the rpm where u need to be (example 1500 rpm) or u have to hold it urself?
The car will hold it for aslong as you have your foot on the throttle. Then just release the brake

Does it work with Charger RT 2021..? Because every time I try it a message appears (launch control unavailable) my car mileage still under 500km from the manufacture

Are you in street mode or sport mode or track mode or custom mode in settings ? Does the settings matter ?

I was working on this tonight. It seems that if I push the pedal all the way to the metal quickly, it revs up to 4000 or so and starts the wheels spinning. BUT if I mashed it down like squishing a bug only half way or so it stop at the RPMs I selected. So my question is when you say stomp a bug do you mean pedal to the metal (al the way down) or do you mean a quick press in genera?

Yes you have to hold down the brake really hard as you can and press the gas pedal quick and hard

Burnouts like that aren't done with launch control - it's line lock.

What year is your car. The car must be on a flat surface and not moving, steering wheel must be straight.
I can never get mine to do anything but spin. Hellcat just has too much juice for my tires.
Yeah you have to find the proper balance or maybe do a burnout to get the tires sticky to do the launch better. But even in 5.7 they still spin
OK can you now show how to use Line lock please. My 2019 R/T Scat Pack has it and I’ve never used it.

Just brake boost it bro. Press the brake firmly, floor the accelerator and release the brake. If you press brake loosely you will do a burnout and not launch control!

I was actually more interested in seeing the car in launch mode than in how much cash you spent on your sneakers.
I only wore those shoes so you can see how to hold down the pedals before doing it

@@rich2bad yeah, after some research I found it and I don’t know that it’s gonna be much difference than powerbrake launch on the stock 245s.
Most people I’ve watched use LC at under 2k and since you gotta floor it it takes a lot of practice. Still would be cool though lol
