  • From 4-6 March 2024 the PILON Sexual and Gender Based Violence Working Group held an Implementation Workshop in Nadi, Fiji, for the Regional Guidelines for Prosecutors and Witness Support Officers to support Vulnerable Witnesses through the Prosecution of Sexual and Gender Based Violence Offences.
    Susanna Quinn commenced employment at the Victorian Office of Public Prosecutions as a Social Work Practitioner in 2009. She has been Manager of the service since late 2017 and has had over 25 years’ experience in social work practice. Susanna is currently a serving member of the Victims of Crime Consultative Committee, at the Monash University Social Work Course Advisory Board.
    Throughout Susanna’s presentation she discusses the obligations of the prosecuting and victim support agencies in Australia, and the multi-disciplinary approach taken to support victims and witnesses of SGBV.
