Believe it or not, a wire whisk works just the same...just takes a couple of minutes longer. Oh, and they’re available at the dollar store for $1, and the electric mixer is $5 at Walmart! :)

Read a few comments here and noticed that most don’t have either the heavy cream or the electric mixer...soooooo I’m here to help you guys prepare this simple and VERY easy yummy desert my 3 year old son and I like to make...in no time. 😊
If you don’t have the heavy cream, you can simply mix 1 part of melted butter (just make sure it’s room temperature & NOT hot), with 2.5 to 3 parts of chilled milk (2% milk is best, but it depends on what you have and your personal preference).
If you don’t have fresh milk, you can use powdered milk instead. Just make sure you mix it VERY well with room-temperature water using a whisk or a regular kitchen fork. Put the milk mixture in the fridge to chill for about 20-30 minutes before you start the whisking process (>that’s mixing it with the room temperature melted butter).
Then mix milk & butter until it’s firm and can hold a peak (it’s when you pull your fork or whisk out of the mixing bowel and the cream makes a peak point)
And, if you don’t have an electric mixer, you can use a handheld cooking wire whisk or a fork (which will take you a bit longer but gives pretty much the same result + a little workout 😉 ).
And then VOILA 😋 you’ll have your heavy cream ready to be made into something everyone is going to like (well, almost everyone...since some people are watching their calories...but Boo-Hoo...WHO CARES...it’s COVID time and everyone is under quarantine one way or another). Think of it as “comfort food with a side of fun).
Oh, and you can use whatever kind of chocolate and cookies you have at your pantry at home (you wouldn’t have bought if you didn’t like), and can even add many other ingredients you and your family might like...by making layers of caramel chips, or shredded coconuts, or sliced almonds...or ALL of them. Whatever you and/ or your family like. Enjoy and be safe 😋♥️

Any grocery caries heavy cream (it’s in the dairy section and looks like a damn milk carton)....pore that in a large bowl and mix either with a wire whisk or an electric mixer. And BYW, it tastes much better than already made whipped cream and it’s free of preservatives...and if you add a couple of drops of vanilla extract while wishing you’ll creat a desert just the way it is :)
Oh, and you can also freeze it or lightly mix it with yogurt to have something better than once cream...or maybe it the same :)
Tip: add some castor sugar and vanilla essence in the whipped cream.
