I add a hint of coffee and rum essence to it. Instead of spooning, I pipe it into the ramekin as I find it easier that way. If I am serving it for an occasion then along with the chocolate shavings, I add a couple of cherries for the extra pizzazz.
you have to cut the chocolates into smaller pieces for it to melt fast, it will take too much time to slice on the lines then cut them again to make those small pieces

It's easier to cut the way she did.. The indentation is good for breaking not chopping. You just gotta try it for yourself to know. And she definitely cooks more than you to know better.

Yup! Uses a knife when he didn't need to just to show off the overpriced toy on a surface that willl immediately dull his knife. Not to worry, I'm sure he has overpriced stones to bring that edge back.
