- Super easy and delicious 9 mini dessert cups /shooters recipes everyone can make! No baking, no eggs, no gelatine and no alcohol! Perfect ideas for dessert tables. Everyone will love them! Choose your favourite or try them all, they’re all so delicious!
All desserts can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

1. Lotus Biscoff (Speculoos) Dessert Shots: (makes 12 x 70ml dessert shots)
100g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
20g unsalted butter
400ml double cream (heavy cream)
1 tbsp Lotus Biscoff spread
2. Chocolate Tiramisu Dessert Shots: (makes 9 x 70ml dessert shots)
1 tbsp instant coffee
300ml boiling water
9 ladyfinger biscuits
200ml double cream
1 tbsp sugar
Vanilla extract
100ml double cream
100g milk chocolate or 50g dark chocolate
Dark chocolate for sprinkling
3. Kinder Bueno Dessert Shots: (makes 16 x 70ml dessert cups)
100ml (1/3 cup) whipping cream
100g (3/4 cup) chopped white chocolate
100g (3/4 cup) chopped milk chocolate
120g chocolate chip cookies
20g (2 tbsp) melted unsalted butter
200g (1cup) mascarpone cheese
150ml (2/3 cup) whipping cream
70g (1/4 cup) condensed milk
200g (3/4 cup) Nutella
Kinder Bueno chocolate for decoration
4. Triple Chocolate Mousse Dessert Shots: (makes 4 x 70ml mini dessert shots)
300ml (1 1/4 cup) double cream (heavy whipping cream)
50g dark chocolate
50g milk chocolate
50g white chocolate
4 Milky Way Magic Stars (optional)
5. Millionaires Shortbread Dessert Shots: (makes 12 x 70ml mini cups)
100g shortbread biscuits
200ml whipping cream
1 heaping tbsp caramel (Dulce de leche)
100g dark chocolate
100ml whipping cream
Maltesers for decoration (optional)
6. Chocolate and Vanilla Dessert Shots: (makes 11 x dessert shots)
150g chocolate biscuits
300ml whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
1,5 tbsp sugar
Vanilla extract
11 raspberries
7. Banoffee Pie Dessert Shots: (makes 12 x 70ml mini dessert cups)
100g digestive biscuits /graham crackers
20g melted unsalted butter
200g caramel or dulce de lece
1 medium banana
300ml whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
1 and half tablespoon sugar
Vanilla extract
Chocolate sprinkles
8. Coco Pops Dessert Shots: (makes 11 x 70ml dessert shots)
50g Coco Pops cereal
Chocolate cream:
150ml (2/3 cup) whipping cream
1 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
1 tsp sugar
Vanilla cream:
150ml (2/3 cup) whipping cream
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
9. Strawberry Oreo Dessert Shots: (makes 11 x dessert shots)
8 Oreos
100g strawberries
150g cream cheese
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla bean paste or essence
200ml whipping cream
3 quartered strawberries for decoration

For anyone wondering, Aldi (ireland) do their own brand of biscoff spread which you cannot tell the difference!!! We taste tested both and actually 2 said the aldi one was nicer!

Love it too. There's a recipe for Nutella and banana French toast but I swap out the Nutella (not a fan) and use Biscoff. They are SO GOOD 😋 If you have little ones in your family it's a great recipe to get them involved. In fact the creator made the video in which she does it with her son. If you're interested let me know...
There's a Biscoff cupcake recipe from Cupcake Gemma that's very similar to your cups. It's more work but so worth it. 1st time I made them for a family event family members were hiding a couple to take home, lol. It's a good thing I made 3 dozen 😅

Great video/tips BUT DO NOT melt plastic in microwave (first video she said to microwave the spread in the plastic bag to make it spreadable)..Melting plastics is very toxic and releases chemicals that the plastic is made out of into your food..we should know this by now.
