So refreshing and delicious mango dessert cups ready in no time! No baking required, only few simple ingredients and your delicious dessert is ready to serve. Everybody will love it and ask for more! Perfect dessert table idea, last minute no bake dessert idea or simply well deserved treat with your cup of tea or coffee.
You can use smaller cups instead and do mini desserts shooters using this recipe too.

RECIPE: (makes 7 x 160ml cups)
200g mango chopped
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp cornstarch (US) / cornflour (UK)
300ml (1 1/4 cup) milk
100g vanilla cake or muffins (madeira cake aka loaf cake, pound cake)
200ml (1 cup) whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
2 tbsp sugar
100g finely chopped mango
mango cubes for decoration

Please make sure to level the tablespoons when measuring cornstarch. I recommend using proper measuring tablespoons. It sounds like there was too much cornstarch.

Thank you for the video. That looks easy and yummy! Please note: 4 Tblsp = 1/4 cup; no need to measure our FOUR Tablespoons. Also, why put the puree from the blender into a clean bowl, then dump the mango puree in the bowl into the cups? Just put the mango puree directly into the cups! Save washing that bowl! I realize you probably did it because it looked nice, BUT!
