Here is a tip that is helping me although I have post menopause from cancer treatments. Find an ingredient that helps with digestion. Going to the bathroom regular is helping me a LOT. I've using wheat grass powder and by far getting rid of excess waste is certainly apart of getting some of tye weight of. I've also tried conditioning myself in just eating less as well and doing a physical activity- cycling- its helping a lot and plus I need strength in my legs because I like being physically. I miss being 120ibs but I'm not so far away from just want to get to it. Good luck!
I need to eat more protein such as chicken or fish. I probably need to have a small portion of chicken breast for breakfast as opposed to a slice of multigrain toast and cheese.
