The guy has a lengthy criminal record and should have already been locked up. If he acts like this in a court room, imagine how he acts out of a court room. He deserves the maximum sentence for his criminal behavior.

Exactly. People on the outside don't have any marshals or even court clerks to protect them from physical attack, whenever a violent person hears words that are not to his liking.

Met plenty of dudes like him, guys that have a short temper and use violence as their main outlet to vent out their frustration or to settle an argument. Just imagine if his mother told him "You're wrong" this guy would've broken her jaw. Just for having a difference of opinion

And yet the judge read his sentence and made the point that she didn't even take the assault that happened during the trial into account, said she was still giving him the same sentence as before. She called it an 'interruption' instead.

@@japbike736She is another one of his victims. Should she sentence him to 1 day or 70 months in prison for his attack on her, it will be overturned on appeal because now she has a conflict of interest in his sentencing. She has to recuse herself from any of his cases unless she is testifying against him. That’s how the law works so there is no bias in his sentencing.

This guy just got himself in deeper trouble than he was already. When he said he had a bad day and he wanted to kill the judge The charges that he is facing has went from assault on a protected person to attempted murder. If he only would have kept his mouth shut. It doesn't matter if it was the wrong or right judge. Some people are already saying he'll face the Same judge on the second charge. That's not true. The defense would have an argument the judge is bias. End of story.

This is no joke....but violent offenders like him are granted no cash bail and parole every day by "Progressive" judges and States Attorney. Thankfully, this judge wasn't injured....but hopefully she and other judges will remember this episode when repeat offenders stand before them beg to be released on bail.

Her words seem to have triggered a violent frustration in him, as he is clearly struggling and in need of assistance. Her behavior is extremely unprofessional as well. She is now going for revenge, it's very clear.
