She will only sentence him based on the crimes he appeared before her on, not based on what happened to her. There will be sentencing guidelines she will have to follow based on his current record, previous charges and sentences, etc. He’s being charged on what he did to her (additional felonies) as an entirely separate matter. When he goes to court for the new charges, it won’t be before her - it’ll be a different judge.

My gf got carjacking at gunpoint and yesterday we went to court to find out that criminals are Scott free and this process left us jobless,homeless , broke and no food while having a child that mentally disabled so you can see what kind of system we have.

Should she sentence him to 1 day or 70 months in prison for his attack on her, it will be overturned on appeal because now she has a conflict of interest in his sentencing. She has to recuse herself from any of his cases unless she is testifying against him. That’s how the law works so there is no bias in his sentencing.

This is no joke....but violent offenders like him are granted no cash bail and parole every day by "Progressive" judges and States Attorney.
