I decided never to touch anything chemical when I was 17 years old. I worked that summer at a psych hospital and saw young men in wheelchairs who were totally out of it from bad trips. I've worked so hard to get a grip on my own mental health that I would never risk screwing up my brain. This world is hard enough to navigate with all your senses about you. I wouldn't want to be at anyone's mercy

I made a similar commitment after encountering weed my junior year of high school. Of course I like weed, even more now that it is an accepted branch of horticulture that has medicinal value. But I was unprepared for the scene in college when the walls caved in on me. By this, I mean that there were too many parts of my life at that point that were not at all in my control. My father was being a tyrant forcing my miscreant older brother and I to live together, to save money and trouble, and I had to deal with all of his amoral immature bs that was a byproduct of his being dumped by a beauty queen for going for anal sex right off the bat first chance he got. My girlfriend at the time got pregnant, and told me it was my brother's baby. My next gf was even worse, and apparently my brother had a full blown hate campaign against me personally by this time, so nearly everyone I knew at school or in our community was in on it in some way. Then my gf started exploring meth and cocaine - she was susceptible to this, like a lot of other people with bodily dysmorphia. I realized at this time that I was the odd person out in this scenario, and it was just then that the main drug pusher had been told about my resistance to coercion, and she and everyone else in this small college town were playing the same loser dropout game in life of looking for someone to dupe into trying s dangerous substance to "help them cram for exams", and "make them feel happier", fix their coffe wirhdrawals, etc. Whatever they could say to sell you on a "cure" and so there is all kinds of extortion conniving and deceptions going on an epic huge scale, and it is not possible to resist or oppose, because this is just the signal that alerts them to you being another victim of this pushy charade. And even more thrilling for them if you try this reverse psychology on them, unless you know exactly what you're doing, because these people are all only after the thrill of getting you to have your mind changed by dosing you with it unbeknownst to you while you were busy being led into the argument sales pitch shit talking cut down talk to make you scared to say no, they will dose you with spuce calles scopolamine powder aka devils breath and you will get fucked in the ass and used as a drug mule at a gay bar and subsequently have all of any criminal activity involved blamed on you, and they will hold this against you to keep you under their dumb gay thumb. This was what happened to me on my birthday, and it is an extreme challenge now to have a healthy life of any kind, let alone mentally. I only trust me and really never trusted anyone else but me, only sometimes you are up against a mob of individuals, all in the dope, and all slaves to a retarded person with bodily dysmorphia... They live

That's awesome. Good on you. Well thought through for a young person. Young people like yourself give us hope for the future 🙏..
You are missing something. These people on drugs have had a traumatic upbringing of poverty, having addicted parent/s, most likely have failed relationships themselves. Who can not cope. We learn from watching our parents cope with daily life, but these people have not. If they saw anything, it was on TV. As kids, they do badly in school, and many have unknown learning disabilities and undiagnosed mental health problems, stuck self medicating, and now can not afford to get a diagnosis while paying for drugs. They also learn from an early age that effort equals failure and disappointment.. These people don't want to get high. They just want to feel their perception of normal. Most likely, they learned it from the TV soapies where everyone is always happy. The cycle repeats itself with each generation.

The person who did that already suffered from sever mental illness. A lot of people do a ton of illegal sometimes violent stuff on drugs. Its prolonged use that can develop into psychosis, Or its dormant psychosis triggered by the drug. Its not usually the drug itself. I tell everyone to do there research if you are even considering taking any substance. I have used drugs recreationaly for almost 20 years with 0 negative effects. It wasnt until i broke my neck and was perscibed oxcyconton that drugs overwhelmed me with addiction.

As someone who used to do a lot of stimulants, and have had very bad reactions from them…..crowding around a person and saying “just calm down, talk to me, ….etc” just makes paranoia like 100000 times worse.
Usually best for everyone to let the person having a bad reaction kind of rude it out solo, while keeping an eye from a short distance. Def offer water, and maybe get a soothing playlist of music going for the person. Ear buds/headphones are great so the person can focus on just listening to music. Tell them they will be ok with some time. Make sure they have plenty to drink, offer carbs of some kind (bread even)….then keep an eye from a distance.
Being asked over and over “are you okay?” will just make this persons already horrific experience like a million times worse. Distract them, don’t attach to them. (Unless they ask for that.)
Most important point…..get into therapy to figure out why you feel the need to escape reality. Find something like jogging if you need an endorphin rush. Only reason I quit drugs was finding “my” sport-figure skating. At age 29. That’s truly the best high I’ve ever had.

The effect of this drug is a disconnect of the body/spirit connection. You feel spiritually free but you’re trapped in your body. That’s why these people look like they’re flailing. This is why it’s so addictive. The feeling is otherworldly. I’ve never done bath salts but I’ve done other drugs (pcp and lsd) and I smoked some hot spice that put me in that place!! Scared the 💩 out of me!! I hit the floor and literally held on to the floor until the’ride’ stopped! Never again.

I was addicted to them for about 4 years, i dont even remember anything that happened in my life for those 4 years its just a blur. In the uk it was £20 a gram or £10 a half and could buy it in shops. It came in powder or 200mg captules. Honestly, as someone who done coke before that, i found it was even better than coke at a much cheaper price. The high was like coke but stronger. I would get panic attacks on it sometimes. There were 100s of different brands, all with different effects. The one that i found the best called quicksilver ultra, it was amazing. I wasnt acting out like the woman in the video but after my girlfriend found out it ruined out relationship and ultimately my life. The only reason i was able to stop was when it was made illegal and i couldnt buy it anymore. Now about 10 years later i feel like i dont produce any dopamine anymore and have been on prozac to try and counter it. My brain just stopped producing dopamine after it and i ended up extremely depressed. It only took about 1 month for cravings to start going away however i still had really bad sleep problems and depression that still effects me 10 years later. I actually preferred the effects to that of coke as it was a much stronger rush and lasted longer. But obviously if i could turn back time id never have touched it

In people I have mentored in NA and other sobriety groups I have discovered that there is a very real need for state funded rehab programs that can address the needs of multiple addictions. A lot of people won't seek help because they are forced to cold turkey at least one of their addictions even if they use MAT (medically assisted treatment) for one of their addictions.

So sad people turn to any kind of substance just for the high. I have a lot of faults in my life and grew up in the 60’s when most of my peers used drugs. For some reason it never appealed to me and I 100% stayed away from any of it. Then I would see what it did to my friends and that convinced me more to not do it. Even to this day I won’t stay around people that are drinking or doing any kind of drug. I don’t tell people what they should or should not do I’ll just say I’m not interested. Good luck to any of you dealing with the tough times of rehabbing and don’t give it. We only have one life and yours is totally worth the effort to separate you from a addiction.

It’s an amazing feeling the first day. Insane strength, acute hearing, clearer vision, extreme euphoria, and an incredible increase in brain power. Day two the paranoia sets in. Day three and on, hallucinations, intense paranoia, loss of trust of any other human being, this crazy feeling of wanting to take shit apart, and you are a complete weirdo and should not leave the house. I mean auditory and visual hallucinations that seem real. Not psychedelic trails or shifts, real shit that you have to convince yourself isn’t or wasn’t real. If you make it five or six days you better be strong minded and hang on because it gets real crazy from there. I was on it for a year. Completely changed my perception of reality. It feels great in the beginning, and then when you feel bad after too much, it tricks you into thinking more is the answer. When you do sleep, you want the feeling back as soon as you wake up. Vicious circle. It breaks your spirit, consumes your mind, and you feel like a prisoner of paranoia. Other drugs are a walk in the park compared to salt. I’ve used them extensively and excessively. I tell anyone that mentions this stuff to stay away. I do believe that the people that have had extreme psychological reactions already had underlying issues and/or had not slept in days. You don’t just use it and go off the deep end. This was my experience with it. I think it’s such bad news that drug manufacturers and dealers decided to just quit pushing it.

I was completely opposite than U. The first day I use it I couldn't stop smoking it until I fell asleep. I called it "DAYONE" Sometimes id sleep within the normal 24hr day or it could 48hrs , or even 96hrs. That period of time I could not put it down and my chest was very tight and sometimes I'd go onto slow motion or I'd go mute. But after id sleep I could smoke forever and feel amazing. Id still eat and sleep within a reasonable timeframe. From that point forward. The number one reason I did it is cuz it was the best aphrodisiac. And the girls would do anything for some. But I didn't treat them like that. I've always respected them and wouldn't force them to do anything they didn't want to. Which sadly wasn't the Case for 90 percent of the guys around here. Wish it was possible to still find some

It is not something you can do everyday. I have done it maybe 2=3 times in my life and this was a long time ago. It felt very much like when i had very pure MDMA. The come down was not nearly as bad as mdma though. I didn't feel like all the happiness in my brain was gone. A friend of mine took it regularly for a time and he had some strange side effects. For example we're a privately run ministries and we use LSD to substitute and transition people into normal life. Above the 90% success rate doesn't lie. 🎉
But it is a long road for some people who need a legitimate amount of time to succeed in this. Anyway I'm just saying that you left out the substitution part of cleanliness and didn't touch on what exactly the people need to do if they truly wanna get sober or straight or whatever they need to continue !!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉😮😅😅😅
