И клубы есть разные, от дискотеки 80х до блюз бэнд-клубов. И поколение 70х 80х любят и помнят музыку этого времени. А я коллекционирую японскую технику из тех времен. У меня более 150 экземпляров магнитол, видиков, телеков и музцентров.

I graduated in 1969 in Chicago at Hubbard high school, Vietnam was going on, the draft was on ,so you had to go to college, if not ,then enlist in the armed forces or wait until you got drafted. It was a very stressful time, in my life. My twin brother Larry enlisted in the army, in 1970 I enlisted too, we were both military policeman.

I was 13 and remember dancing to CCR at our school dance. It was an amazing summer, we were all glued to our tv's watching Neil Armstrong taking his first step on the moon. Back then I could never have imagined becoming 64.
I'm glad that you still dance. I'm a senior and we've been dancing every week for over the past 10 years until our club recently closed. I love dancing and it's the best exercise!
I'm 60 years old, and I've lived all over the world. I lived in Winona Minnesota for about five years, and spent all my free time on the Mississippi River, camping, getting drunk, ect. This song is #1 my friends. Rollin on the river. Tug boats shining their spotlights through the early morning fog, while you get stoned around the campfire on a hot July night.

Still listening in 2022! Bought one of their 45s in 1969 (I was 11). Always been one of my favorite bands. Finally got to see John (and his son) perform in Tampa, FL a few years ago. My favorite song by them is Ramble Tamble.
I do agree watching these with hubby, the way teenagers used to dress and act, so nice to see there was some manners , classy dressing and fun! We grew up in the 70's so we are lucky we had the best music, and bands ever!! REAL music, REAL musicians.. those were the days..

I was ten years old when I heard this song it made me want to learn how to play guitar I still play and CCR is still one of my favorite bands I rock with them I turn it up my Neighbors love it lol
I was only3 yrs old in 1969 but the great thing about this show is that it went on for several more years! With that said,I enjoyed watching bandstand in the 70's an some 80's..

Я чуть пораньше в 62 до сих пор слушаю Криденс и троих детей подсадил на эту группу !!!
Люди виделись как то по-другому. Одновременно и скромные и открытые. Могли удивляться и радоваться чему угодно. Сейчас ничем не удивишь и вряд ли обрадуешь.

This was during my high school years but takes us back further in the past. I hurried home after school starting in elementary school.
Everyone who was hitting the night clubs and staying out to the next day in the 90s we should go back in time to 1967 and dance on American Band stand....

the chicks have no partners...did you notice? the wild haired girl and her short blonde friend have no partners either...they fired so many regulars they didnt have enough people for the dance floor.
