Very informative video. Thank you so much. I had my surgery 4 days ago, am home and coping with the sling. Pain management so far good. In very early exercise stage - just leaning forward, rotating gently.Look forward to following your programe.

    Greetings Dr Hawkins,
Great Videos in treating shulder injuries.
It appears that I have Rotator Cuff Tendonitis as a result of an injury playing semi-pro
    College Base Ball (pitcher).
I am 45 years old now, I got injured when I was 20. At that time I got some physical therapy to resolve the issue but it did not work. As of now, it hurts really bad when I try to throw hard (pitching); in training my younger kids.
Do you think that surgery may fix the problem?
Is there a way you could examine my shoulder?
    Thank You
    Sergio Molina
