This is by far the most useful video I have seen for the Honeywell thermostat, have a similar issue, fan is not working with heat on mode, checked the thermo programming and all looks good, cooling works fine, only heat mode is not heating at all

Sick channel bud I’m a fellow hvac small business owner and it’s awesome to see things done right for once with your videos I love the trade and helping my customers some companies out here in Phoenix charge astronomical amounts for repairs and replacements I can beat their prices by a lot and provide way better service. Just wanted to give you a shout out and keep up the great content.

I quit putting those on…tired of replacing them for random issues. Only use the Pro1 line now.

I have the T4 thermostat. It’s on cooling mode, however house isn’t cooling down. It’s set at 70, house is 76 degrees. I’m not that mechanically inclined. What are my options? Thank you.

I need to remember to tell you about some new equipment and what some think is a bug but actually is not. It involves new equipment and thermostats.

I stopped putting those junky things in along with the T6 over a year ago. If I want middle of the road quality I’ll but a Pro1 brand for about $30 cheaper on a hp tstat still with a 5 yr warranty.

I gather this unit was just installed and first operated or you would not be checking if it was not wired correctly because it would be down from day 1 !

thermostat can cause reversing valve to energize in heating mode instead of cooling mode. thats how this one failed.

My thermostat blows 3 amp fuse on the motherboard in the air handler. When I remove the thermostat and jump the red to white wires the heat comes on and doesn't blow fuse.
